Obviously this is exactly the con, in a single sentence, it speaks to me of a spoilt brat, full of entitlement for a vote that was poisoned, probably affected by foreign powers & now proved to be a really stupid thing to do. Part of the biggest ongoing con since Trump.

MPs of course are not there to be instructed (which of course is why a referendum is only advisory) unless MPs vote to hand over power (they didn’t)

So all things being equal, betty’s self serving idiots are actually MPs in possession of the actual facts trying to minimise the damage stupid people have done. Not that the leave campaign ever described what was being voted for.

I’ll personally do very well out of another Conservative government, I just don’t want to do well whist sitting on my sofa watching people burn without any compassion from their government, people deported or impoverished after being in this country for 50+ years whilst their government couldn’t care less (that’s wind rush) or the poorest people of all being made to wait 6 weeks for money they can’t possibly do without, (that’s universal credit) not to mention food banks, homelessness (the claim it’s lower now than under last labour government is another lie) not to mention nhs, police, parole, mental health, prisons, etc etc etc etc etc. I understood the need to reduce spending and deficit but look at the ridiculous ways in which it’s been done.

That’s pretty much why current government need to be held to account in the only way possible

I’m a Thatcherite too. Served in armed forces a Conservative voter. Although on reflection I liked the Blair government. Soon as you realise the U.K. had no choice over the gulf wars once the Americans called in their chips you realise all the war crimes claims are a nonsense.

Today I think it’s time to do my duty to my country and it’s citizens by holding the current Conservative government to account. I understood the need for austerity by none of that excuses some of the behaviours I’ve witnessed last few years, they are a disgrace, I don’t see Conservative. We have already seen it in the early 90’s where BT was stopped from competing with American cable companies. For all Of Corbyns faults it’s a ridiculous position to come on a board like this and say his plans (£250bln) of contracts / work will kill outside investment, there won’t be an investor any where on the planet would wouldn’t look to find a return from some of that.... obviously not water, power, train .... shares
