Obviously internal governance issues which allowed the Italy fiasco & regulatory fines didn’t help.

BT is in decline because their core business is under attack from competition & because the technology & services they provide are in transition.

The side issue here is BT always seem too slow to find other revenue options, the TV & sport I think was a good attempt to find revenue streams into the future, but BT was too slow developing IP tv options & app across every platform, same was true about Alexa type smart speakers, these could easily have been smart home phones.

BT needs to find replacements for the revenue that it’s loosing from core activities, it’s simple as that.

The question, is will this be fibre & 5G? I have doubts because the value or the price of these is already being forced down by competition

I have always wanted to see BT partner some of these industry leaders, for example BT sport why can’t that production team be doing football for Amazon? & so on

I think it’s similar because for some reason or I got it wrong these people didn’t vote to try and improve their own circumstances (people using food banks seem to have voted not labour)

This time people could see what they were voting for, there’s 10 years history to go by, but a big part of me thinks this had to do with people not able to vote for Corbyn than even Brexit

I would guess your bitterness driven political choices will eventually go the same way as you mean broadband choices. Are you still enjoying all that buffering? More food banks, years of chaos and eventual decline for least well off. But they obviously voted for it, so we’ll have to see where it gets them. Personally I’ll probably do well, but this election shouldn’t have been about me. I’m also looking forward to seeing BoJo hiding in more fridges along the way. Can hardly believe the U.K. has rewarded dishonesty. We’ll be choking on poor food standards read for next Christmas & the nhs won’t be able to afford its drugs bill the year after that. TL - there was nothing democratic about the 2016 referendum. It was an abuse of our democracy & all the fallout you describe is because of that abuse.

No right minded person should sit back and accept this result in my opinion

There’s an argument to be had about misinformation, foreign interference & the ridiculous level of debate & finally behaviour of right wing owned press, daily mail, express, telegraph and other churning out and participating in fake news & in some cases hate. The evidence is for all to see, the leave campaign used dangerous divisive methods to disrupt democracy.

What isn’t up for argument is the 3 campaigns run by leave, vote leave, leave.eu & beleave. Each of these campaigns covered the entire spectrum, from moderate leaver right through to ragging national front racist & everything in-between.

Again this was an abuse of the system & again goes some way to explaining why no one can agree what Brexit is.....

Democracy is a very fragile thing & relies on several things as you well know. If the leave campaigns didn’t respect democratic debate rather than literally lying all the time why should I?

I find it difficult, to this day to find an explanation as to the benefits of Brexit, even the leave lisrs are now saying “just get it done” we’ve hit the iceberg let’s get on with sinking........ when I get an answer that’s not bathed in fake patriotism it’s usually demonstrably not true

Having been subjected to a coordinated political deception I don’t think it makes sense to carry on the lie & reward anti democratic behaviour with power, where this combination ends up obvious, the lies get bigger, along with the funding, exaggeration and false claims, biggest, best liar takes all.

Ignoring the shutting down of debate with anti democratic tactics, misinformation & 3 campaigns all seeking a different Brexit, we both know 17m people didn’t vote for the same thing.
