TwoNames is struggling as badly as ChatGPT today. Zero credibility. The goose is cooked and owes £1000. Jam jam jam seems to be the only thing left. Like an abandoned dog waiting by the door of the shelter expecting its owner to return at any minute. But the evidence is stark:

Anything in the orbit of SYME seems to be leveraged and struggling to raise money so they can continue as going concerns.

SYME is not trading as it is not a going concern unless it gets cash from a broke company that needs cash as well.

Oh and no sign of any sales by SYME. Not even an update on the sales pipeline (which suggests that the opportunities have gone cold.

I realise some are desperate for good news but I have a simple question - why is SYME worth saving? It is a dreadful business that hasn't delivered.

Cavendish are paid and the valuation is fantasy as the market knows full well.

Even if we accept that as true (which it isn't) you're still down and you would have had more success elsewhere. As you should know the price almost always goes up before end of year accounts and then drifts down. If you want a 25% spread then fine - but again it is easier to make money elsewhere.

Just as a reminder - July 1st 2025. Price 3.65 It topped 4.3p before plunging following results - WHICH, we know are massively disappointing with revenue massively down and cash burn back.

The only plus thus far is that they have got the factory/lab process nailed and reduced costs. Jag is gone. They have cleared legal issues. So some upsides. But the fundamental is reliance on only a couple of tests and limited R&D to take on the likes of Zoe et al (who have had to expand offering to try and make money).

The medical sector is going through the mill currently. In the US medicare and Medicaid is about to get slashed. Disposable income has fallen in the last quarter. You seem so stupid that you never debate and you never consider outside factors.

I do and that is why I am often right.

Everyone knows that if not granted within a legally defined time the approval is deemed rejected, don’t they?

Also be mindful of one’s that spam a board until 23:12 and then start again the following morning at 5:25. On a stock that is suspended. On a company that for the last 5 years has managed to pull off two relatively low value deals (which it had mutual contacts in). A business that is relying on debt via another struggling company that now is magically going to go into the defense industry - a vertical that never has a monetisation issue and is soon going to be swimming with money.

Much excitement of getting more debt a stock that has adopted an Italian Lire approach to dilution. Perhaps you've forgotten that SYME at least pretends it has a business with real prospects. None of you have done the math have you? LTHs of dog shares are always the same.

Let me remind you of the RNS in September 2024:

As I have said in the past - salespeople love and fear pipelines. The worst sales people will always push sales back but point to pipelines to prove they are on the verge of success. They rarely deliver. Pipelines go stale. Hot opportunities grow cold.

So, an easy question for you - Since September 2024 to now how much of the pipeline has been converted?

Follow up question if you can manage it - What volume does SYME need to make a profit?

CNSL has dropped 98% since I first called it a dog. The spread is currently 22%.

Of my top 5 dog shares - 2 have gone under, 1 is currently being wound up, SYME is suspended and CNSL is wallowing under 3p.

To be fair to the serially optimistic / dillusional Hughes I am a doomsayer and have been on this stock as it was being ramped during covid. Az jumped on the crypto bandwagon and managed to milk shareholders. It wasn't a successful business before covid and the T/O since has been laughably bad. This was always a dog. Its survival is down to someone creative knowing enough about money markets to play it.

Just look at the website - are you people blind? Does that scream a company trying to win business or one satisfying the requirements of a listed company?

It's not the accounts need "filing". They are suspended because no auditor will sign them off as it clearly isn't a going concern. It needs more debt from one of the other grifts to be classed as an ongoing concern.

So Hughes lists a bunch of dominoes that each need to fall perfectly with all the evidence suggesting it won't. You think that money will arrive today? What do you think happened to the $130K received on the 2nd June?

When a dog share dies you always get the hope over reality. It happened with Superdry. It happened with NNN. It happened with AMGO (still is tbh as they still havent delisted). Just be rational - why would anyone of sound mind put $4 million into a company that has never been able to fulfil ANY of its promises? Why would a blue light laser company need a fintech company when it wants to move into the hugely cash rich defense market? How long does it take to develop a new product? How long does it take to win a defence contract? Back to SYME - how many deal deals and what value are needed to even break even? Have any of you done the math or was it just me? (I did post this around 2022 if memory serves).

Posts after post on SYME is just dreaming imo. I hope some of you can get some money out but when it comes to stages of grief it is time to move on from hope and move to acceptance.

I have not got any stock or financial interest in CNSL. I think it is a high risk stock that has little upside currently, although it has minor potential.
