I note the green stripe is posting again. LOL. If it was sensible it will be sticking with horse racing tips because its normal content is bilge (hence the green stripe).

My bet is that like some other LTHs on here it is desperately looking for some positive and eating all that delicious looking jam.

Have to break it to you idiots - they have been feeding you jam for the last 8 years and yet here we are. The 3rd worst T/O in 6 years. No wonder the grifter garage does so well. Can say any old nonsense and people believe them and yet when presented with hard facts they seem to believe it fake news ! LOL.

I said that the court case would be around £40K fine. It was.

I said the government dispute would end up as a zero. It was.

I said how much money would go in legal and guess what? Combined with a couple of other things you can understand why they are £500k down on cash compared to H1.

I said that it was unlikely that the sales team would be able to pull in deals in Q4. They didn't. (Even the RNS states this).

I benchmarked the revenue against previous years and did a basic projection of what they needed to attain to keep momentum. I warned of a 2022 moment and guess what happened? Exactly a 2022 moment where they only scraped a £100K uplift over H1.

With my unrivalled record of calling this right I am a slightly surprised that you have chosen to throw a false accusation rather than address the points I have raised today. Perhaps it is because I know this stock better than you and you don't have any answers?

What is amusing is that you and your ilk seem to be backing this as if it is a hidden gem of LSE. It isn't. As you say - they are turning the business around. We do have some positives, costs seem to be better controlled (although the devil will be in the detailed EOY). The disaster of Jag and the old board is gone.

As I have said - this could turn into a good solid little SMB business. It could make a small positive profit and have a EBITDA that makes it attractive. They may even get over £10m (It is interesting how many SMBs get stuck on this revenue position). BUT - is this a good investment? No. You can make money elsewhere faster and more securely. Is the business something that should be on the stock market? No. It doesn't make enough and no one but weirdos like me and idiots like LTHs are interested. Just doesn't justify the compliance costs.

So, back at you. I realise that you may struggle being in the presence of greatness but my track record speaks for itself.

It is rather telling that the "holders" can't even seem to grasp a basic RNS. They were SO desperate for good news and yet only have thin gruel whilst ignoring the rest. Normally a EOY trading update would have some meat on the bone figures wise but here nothing.

Notice as well that China is now no longer being mentioned as a key market? The Chinese are clever people. If they see a high margin product they will copy it and sell it cheaper. The Chinese prefer domestic product in many cases. That is a huge threat. The USA has been proclaimed as a "key market" for donkeys years by ODX and CNSL and yet in the update we didn't even get any substantive news. All we know is that one lab is active and that another lab was on the books.

Speaking of which - they talk of direct sales - so question. It may have changed but when I last did some research a couple of months ago they had no specific US landing page and you couldn't purchase in dollars. In fact they do not own the CNSLab.com domain I have also seen no regulatory compliance news around selling what is classed as medical device in the US. No mention of HIPAA is on their website and the privacy policy has no mention of California or other state law (which it would need to have if they are selling there).

This is all basic stuff that is easy to research.

So - EBITDA at £400K - that is a valuation of £2m on a standard multiplier plus goodwill. Cash is not generally not included - especially when you lose 500K of your balance.

I was right yet again. Some posters declaring great things are proving rather embarrassing today.

Of course the CEOs comments are upbeat. That is what he is paid for. Did you honestly think he was going to say “things are tough, America is broken which makes trading tough and wenonly just scraped an increase over H1?

No it doesn't. This is the problem with so called holders. They see what they want to see rather than be a "critical friend" to the business they are invested in.

They are bumbling around 2021 and 2021 figure levels. R&D is far too low. Cash position isn't improving and can also be taken as a positive and negative dependant on the business. Margin is up fractionally which is good but that also presents risk.

You would be nuts to think this is a buy but I look forward to seeing you put your dole money where your mouth is. Much easier ways of making money.

CNSL is turning into a good slid SMB that may make a reasonable profit in the future. Is it a business worthy of the stock markets? No. Has it got huge growth potential? No.

Be honest with yourself.

Didn’t I say £40k ish fine? Yes. Yes I did. Just remember the solicitor costs on top of this. Again. Not earth shattering amounts but legal this last year will be close to £250k.

Agree on results timing although odd. Could be interpreted either way - turning the corner with no baggage or delaying bad results.

My guess - they haven’t sustained growth and won’t hit £10.5m (which is what the figure should be based on previous accounting periods).

Thanks for your continued fascination of me. I have client board meetings most of the day on teams so I was hoping to come here for some discussion on the share, rather than my life. Sadly not, just the green stripe bashing refresh and your ilk that have never really done any research or made any insight on the stock they claim to hold. No fun at all.

It is ironic that a non holder is more interested in this stock than so called holders (whom, lest we forget, were selling just as they were ramping on here). Consistently wrong and consistently vile the green stripe and its ilk are a joke.

Another week and no trading update for the year end. Is this another 2021? With CNSL history seems to repeat itself. You have to wonder why they don't. It isn't because they have fantastic news, that is for sure.

Trading this week has been laughably low. People are so under and the stock is now bubbling just above record lows so likely can't be bothered to sell in the hope it one day recovers. Again, you have to question why they don't delist. Money in the bank, turnaround plan in place but struggling with bottom line costs. They must be spending at least £200K a year to list but they are receiving zero benefit from being on LSE. They cannot raise and the only thing they have done is dilute the share (again). Just doesn't make sense for such a small company that hasn't got much ambition.

I will admit I hold and I'm down. Seems they have mismanaged things thus far but it has potential. Currently this doesnt look like a repeat of Menzies but I could be bothered selling with only a small loss currently.
