Sentencing on 22nd May. No trading update provided. Share price near the floor. Near zero trading (making regulatory overhead seem pointless). Investor website hasn’t had many updates. SEO for trading website no where to be seen. No marketing of the website meaning that searches just list competitors. Sales team in place now for 6 months and yet no RNS so no significant wins that may impact trading. Trading to US challenging.

On the evidence I can’t see anything to be positive about .

Just a warning. I know more about this share more than most holders. It was one of my 5 "dog list" stocks I thought would fail when everyone was raving about it during covid. It is like playing my favourite game (Plaque - you get to try and wipe out humanity).

This is nearly the last one left - if we ignore your SYME disaster and AMGO which is currently being wound up. Ergo, my track record is superb. Hope you lost on SYME - although as stated I dont think you held. You're fundamentally a fraud it seems.

However take awards with a huge pinch of salt. CNSL is many things but I can think of half a dozen companies that are much more innovative in the same space (for record no financial interest in any).

Just look at there statements and ask how likely a loss making blue laser company will start delivering a SaaS solution, a “hub” and develop their own tech without significant funding and more importantly time. Don’t any of you run businesses?

Even more baffling is the statement is focused on SYME being able to deliver significant funding line - something it has failed to do for all but one company.

Here is the kicker - how many finance companies/intermediaries do you know where you have to buy into the company to get access to use its “platform”?

(PS - During lockdown I produced a list of 5 stocks that I thought would fail against everyone else opinion. My list of 5 is now down to 2 - with only AMGO listed because it is still being wound up. I seem to be very good at spotting rubbish stocks. One more to go (CNSL))

Most of sound mind have given up with this stock. Nevertheless it is interesting that the trading update has yet to be released yet. If it was good news you would expect it to want to get the news out.

We know they had a track record in this regard so it will be interesting to see when the RNS lands. Either way, unlike in previous years we haven’t even had the ramping crew doing the low energy pump and dump. Volume has been so low that the board must be wondering why they spend so much on being listed. Even the green striped loser has stopped spamming the board.

Remember - unless they are at least £10.5 m the momentum will have been lost and they would be going backwards again. Anything above 10.5 m and it would be a buy.

Why is anyone acting surprised?

Anything is possible. However, you have to think about probability. It would be a brave and very optimistic person to think this will go to 0.19 again. Today is likely a pump and dump. These are normally seen when no news or impending bad news.
