If you find a post on a small little share forum about a penny stock that has only managed to rise 0.04p (on sells) the "funniest thing of the day" I would strongly suggest that you reflect on your life choices because that sounds so desperately sad and lonely I'm actually feeling sorry for you.

This means that based on the information we have - in the US capacity is limited geographically and capacity wise. Ergo - the current partner can maintain sales of its lab test. Therefore, it is safe to assume that for all the hype from you know who about Jags jolly (sorry I mean "huge opportunity at a leading trade exhibition") it has come to nowt.

We all know she was ramping a potential 9.99m claim. Just as she claims £1m in royalties and the takeover and all the other rubbish it spouts in its desperate attempt to recover its life savings.

If your claim is true and it has been trading while ramping with utterly spurious suggestions then it wouldn't surprise me because it is that sort. No ethics. Just a low life UKIP supporting peasant.

1) £5m in bank balance maintained.

2) Loss making year with adjusted negative EBITDA

3) Forecast revenue of just £8.8m - NOW this is interesting because if this is correct some need to look back at my posts where I discuss revenue forecasts. ANYTHING below 10.5 million will be very alarming as that is that would follow the projected growth. Which leads to:

4) Forecast of 10% drop in sales. That would indicate they are treading water (see my notes on developing sales channels and client engagement timescales for details)

Now, what Cavendish say is "non independent" so this is PAID "research". It also doesn't factor intangible factors (obviously). We have a new regime in the US and increasing instability. The UK (CNSL main market) is facing uncertain financials this year and as with all businesses taxes are going up yet again. Although this wont be reflected in the 2024/25 results this needs factoring in.

CNSL has 3 years left to turn things around or offload the company. They cannot afford losses. Q4 is all about what the sales and marketing team have started producing. I hope the business splits this out in the RNS update because it will indicate what will happen 25/26 all things being equal. If sales aren't adding notable value in Q4 (3-4 times cost in profit is a good rule of thumb) then today may be a good opportunity to consider holdings!

You're right, the risk had increased since the election but as most will recognise I disagreed with Swag on the outcome. My belief was that no or little would change hands. I totally disagreed that CNSL had a strong case and talk of large 7 figure compensation was laughable. However, the government is not known as the most aggressive or the best at claims. It is easy to spend or write off other peoples money. The team would see that in the grand scheme of things £2.5 million of hard working tax payers money is a rounding error in the context of the PPE fraud that happened under the last government. To bring a case and follow an appeal would take 4 years as the courts are in a total mess and would cost at least £500K with an uncertain outcome (whatever the strength of the case these can go either way). On balance it would be likely that they would either get a settlement or drop things.

The right decision is also the most obvious.

The market reaction is as expected today so up until April without any news on the real issues CNSL has then I expect the peasants to start crowing about the royalty payments again. Every last piece of straw must be grasped, even though simple math and market understanding can see the likely outcome.

A good day for CNSL but only a small step. I just hope LTHs who are not under have decided to buy more!

Just a warning to all - don’t get over excited. This will pull back. The fundamentals haven’t changed. This may break 4p but then fall back. It is unlikely if we will see sub 3p again but I expect it to trade around the 3.5p mark until April unless news drops. The canny will capitalise on the situation.

Let's not forget the ramping that took place and the vitriol at people like me that highlighted that raises were producing anything, business models were changing, pipelines weren't actually converting etc etc.

Here you are at 0.0026p with some still clinging to hope over reality. It wasn't as though you weren't warned or that all the signs weren't there.

You never know - sometimes miracles do happen but SYME has been around for many years and delivered results that a sole trader would be embarrassed by. As with many small cap shares the shareholders who "invest"/gamble get milked.

Obviously, you could always hold a stock you've lost a load of money in and sit on a small chat forum all day and see how that works out for you...

I mean, why bother? I get the ramping and detailing but it seems a whole lot of effort for (in the case of this dog of a stock) no return.

Noticed the green strip losing ramper replied within 5 minutes. You know what that means? It is hitting the refresh button all day every day instead of doing what the tax payer pays it for.

Wouldnt be so bad if it had anything accurate or constructive to posts but it never did before I filtered it and I doubt anything has changed.

7th January 15:20 I wrote this:

Weirdly within minutes the TR1 dropped. It was mainly Spreadex and a bit from CF. As I had warned previously.

On the 9th January (Friday) I posted this:

"Another opportunity will be along soon as I expect the price to dip below 3p again."

Today? Down below 3p

Now, those that actually deal in facts will note that 3.06p was still being maintained as a sell price and the drop in price has come due to the spread significantly widening. A unknown trade for £20k seems to have a buy at 3.30p. This may be share options going through or a mistake. I don't know.

What I do know is that I am right yet again. That is 3 predictions in 3 weeks correct.

Some of you should perhaps start listening.

As an avid watcher of this car crash stock - no they didn't unless they were extremely lucky. As it is only pocket money has been traded no fortunes are being won here. Lots of other car crash stocks on AIM that are being used by day traders to turn a small profit from their gambling.

Meanwhile the loser LTHs are still massively down and will continue to be.

Another opportunity will be along soon as I expect the price to dip below 3p again.
