Alessandro Zamboni, some say you look and act like Douglas Reynholm, played splendidly by Matt Berry. My question is in three parts:

1) Have you ever been accused of a crime, like the character?

2) When you finally appear in court do you intend to pretend to have a heart attack, as the character did?

3) Your "business" activities have recently shifted to Merica. Is this because the country has the world's most gullible people and if so how long do you think you can milk them before you have to make a decision, as imagined in question 2?

With respect if you’re still asking that I would suggest that you’re in denial.

The market potential may exist but it isn’t coming SYMES way. Because, why would it? You have a very opaque debt circle created by Az. He is living comfortably off of it.

The worst sales people are the ones that don’t have the need to put bread n the table. These are highly complex deals which means expensive and slow. The sales pipeline announced last year grew but never materialised (always a red flag for a sales manager).

Nothing gives me confidence in this stock as it doesn’t stack up. When you look at the BURU agreement the next phase is well under way. It would be niaive to believe share holder value will return or that this business is going anywhere substantive imo.

Desperate.

I would be too embarrassed to announce that since 2022 I had only achieved 3 deals.

However, the KPI change is a good move as it demonstrates once and for all to all LTHs that this stock isn't going to work. Do some basic maths. You have all the figures you need. The sums don't add up imo.

If you take "hope" from this RNS I would I urge you to appoint someone with Lasting Power of Attorney and make an application to the Court of Protection.

True, I' not invested because this stock is clearly a wrong and you would need to be a grade A idiot to be investing. Only people I feel sorry for are the ones trapped when it fell off a cliff knowing that Az has been living the high life off their hard earnt money.

At this point I'm not that concerned with the cash burn. The sales team and pipeline is the thing that should be at the top of the agenda. As you and I have said the US, esp currently with the grifting orange nonce at the white/gold house in charge, is a tough cookie.

Those margins are going to have to be eaten into I think....

Now read it in the time it took the share price to hit 2.25p This is now a record low (remember my post about the potential for it to hit this?)

Cash burn could be a combination of the sales reorganisation and the new gut detective R&D (which will have tax benefits). So nothing to panic over - although it gives them 2 years at the current rate.

It is good to see they have reorganised the sales team but reading between the lines it would seem that (as I have highlighted in the past) manufacturing companies aren't always the best at running sales teams. It seems they went for a "hit and hope" global strategy which is fatal. An American buyer is very different to a European buyer.

A sales team not performing after 6 months won't perform unless changed. Sales people are different from account managers. Never the twain should meet because they ALWAYS retreat to the comfort zone of existing clients. (This is very expensive advice give to you gratis).

Revenue down, as expected. The sales team aren’t performing. At this stage that is all that matters. They need a consultant in to see what is going wrong, if anything.

Share is back to record lows.

Hi Sniffer (again). You seem a little obsessed. You’re not turning into the creepy, lonely and deeply toxic stalker I have green striped, are you? It seems to have been active today.

What I find immensely amusing is that you are obsessed with posters rather than the stock. I invariable post about my considered opinions on the company. The posts I make are well researched and drawn from decades of experience at senior levels. It is why I get the important calls right.

I have said to you before why I post. It is because CNSL is like many other businesses I come across. The UK has thousands of SMBs. So I find the ups and mainly downs to be interesting. I post here when I am procrastinating or on boring calls. It would blow your fuzzy little heads if you knew what I did and for whom. Again, I find this amusing. Perhaps you should be more grateful to be in the virtual company of modest genius?

Most awards aren’t worth the glass they are often made from. It’s a business. It can impact consumer behaviour especially among the gullible and improve morale within a business.

However if a niche award is the only thing the toxic green stripe is discussing things must be bad. Barrels are being scraped.

I note no RNS. That means the second lab contract in the IS hasnt happened nor any significant strategic sales contracts.

That means hitting existing channels. Hmm. I’m sticking with my hunch - revenue will be lower than £4.1m in H1.
