Volume on Friday was the same as a cheap bottle of plonk. Today volume is slightly increased to a cheap hotel in a cheap part of the country. The sell price has slid as one would expect.

Going to need more than a few grand from a director to lift this from its slumber. A long slog until results in April when they will announce another loss making year or a bounce in March when the court issue isn't as bad as painted with slapped wrists all round?

Many on here will have lost a bunch of money but I at least credit them the ability to read. Your posts are made to try and spin what is staring everyone in the face. Not sure if you do it out of desperation due to you being personally down or for more nefarious means.

The sole Director (AZ) who has been advising himself at SYME knows that SYME is not a special case even in the eyes of the rather flexible Italian justice system. It is complete bull. As for the "restructuring" AZ has got himself another job. That should tell you everything. He still gets paid until the money runs out. In the meantime at best the restructuring if not a ruse will give pennies on the pound for debt. TAG cannot survive without something drastic. Only a fool believes this will end well.

Yes - I’ve explained this before. Of my top 5 dogs - 2 have gone under, 1 is winding up and 2 are left - CNSL and SYNE.

CNSL has been a badly run company that is only here today due to milking shareholders and selling assets.

SYME is heavily diluted, never delivered on its promises, suspected fraudulent and the (now part time) Az looks like Douglas Renholm from the IT Crowd.

I would like to see my records to be 5/5. I have no financial or commercial interests in either share - just a bit of entertainment.

I guess what this proves, if nothing else, that LLMs aren’t very good at sifting and separating marketing bilge and commercial realities. But if some of you want to “invest” based on what an algorithm tells you then my view is that you likely deserve to lose your money. Which I think on this one you most certainly will.

Alarming sell last thing. 3.25p. Only very small trade but potential signal. I was expecting it to bump around 3.50p until the year end update in April. I maybe wrong. Time will tell.

What we can say is that for sellers the value has dropped circa 25% very rapidly.

Never say never but I cannot see this creeping under 3p anytime soon unless bad news hits.

You simply don't know that. You're hanging your hat on the wording of a RNS. Now, are you confident in CNSL RNS based on their track record?

The fact is that ODX owned the facility and was running the facility on behalf of the Novo according to RNS. The HSE have clear documentation on the circumstances of summons. If they were merely there as a witness they would have been contacted previously AND they wouldn't have missed the opportunity to make that clear.

I think you're clutching at straws. However, let's say you're right. Do you think Novo wouldn't then try and recoup costs from the operator of the facility (or their insurers)?

As I said lat night and will repeat - I am not expecting this to be a huge deal. Cost under £250K. The main issue is it is yet another comedic episode that is a distraction for a company that has Q4 to get sales in.

In the meantime - sell at 3.5p just as I said it would go to. Low liquidity. Still searching for investors. Almost no online activity from the shiny new marketing team. No RNS with significant sales.

Sells at 3.5p. Seems about fair. May drop further but as mentioned previously will bump around here.
