What is weird is that (for CNSL) some biggish trades have happened 4 times in the last 10 days and yet no TR1 as I was expecting. Could be CNSLs famously bad paperwork striking or something else. Whatever - someone seems desperate to keep the world's most boring stock above 3p. If it breaks that before the loss making year is announced then whom knows where it could end up?

Some may have noticed todays news that Hornby are set to delist from AIM. This is the second in a week to delist. Reading the RNS made me think of CNSL because all the reasons given - cost of regulatory controls, auditing cost, low liquidity, low free float etc also applies here.

With cash in the bank it would make a great deal of sense…

May be worth asking the question at the next shareholder presentation.

Has anyone seen much activity from them? With the US market changing substantially in the last few months thanks to the Russian asset and former game show host I wouldn't want to be hanging my hat on a UK company making many inroads.

I see that of the seven stages of grief 2G is currently at the denial stage. Can't wait for the "anger" stage. For those suffering from the dunning-krugar effect it is often spectacular. On LSE boards it also results in calls to start legal action.

In the meantime reality is clear for all those that want to see it.

Sells now coming in at near 3p flat. Tiny volumes but the buy is only managing 3.25p. You would think the rampers would be averaging down but the very few buys are insignificant.

Will this break under 3p? The signs are there but I’m not sure. Sentiment, what little exists, seems to be against it with just a month to go before a critical trading update.

I am glad that you are so easy to bemuse. I can’t speak for everyone but for me I like finding stocks that get ramped knowing that they are a turd. The satisfaction of making a good call with no financial implications if goes either way is interesting. It also passes the time during tedious teams calls.

The added bonus is that before it goes pop you witness a share version of a car crash and then see those who never listen and always think they are right go through the seven stages of grief.

Shares like this one are a case study in human behaviour which I find fascinating.

TwoGood is trying to ramp about announcements made in 2021 and 2022. It is true, Italy was throwing money around like confetti.

Now, by basic logic that should mean that SYME is well funded and got lots of funding deals set up. The reality is that 4 years later we still get the same hot air as we did back then.

Based on my research SYME is in a death spiral. It has an idea rather than a business plan. Its “platform” doesn’t exist. The CEO is massively conflicted and has got yet another job. The money is near gone and the only reason this hasn’t popped is the last morsels of assets are being sucked from it.

It’s over in my view. You see it time and time again. A glimmer of hope that requires holders to suspend belief is grasped until the inevitable happens.

I sincerely hope that TwoGood is highly invested because he deserves to lose it all.

It's a nice idea but the reality is very different. Fundamentally the judiciary is broken. Companies House is a front for dodgy businesses and dodgy people because despite it taken all of ten minutes to find fraudulent companies nothing gets done as it seems beyond their competence.

When you realise the game is rigged everything else makes sense. For Crowe the statement said just enough. They dont want a legal battle and they dont want questions. They wanted to walk away. It is like companies giving references. We say "TwoGood worked at Company between January 2024 and March 2024. His role was as a junior shelf stacker". That will be it. No mention he never arrived on time and when he did he was stoned or that he nicked a bottle of JD every night. Why? Because companies don't want the agro.

It was ever thus.

The biggest problem I saw was people just not doing the math. It was clear that monetisation deals had long and complicated cycles. And for what? 2%? I remember posting some basic calcs based on cash burn at the time what SYME needed to break even. It didn't stack up commercially.

The reason this became a big draw was because block chain was the darling of the moment, just as "AI" is now getting the money. But most of it was/is just total rubbish. A fancy presentation and a shiny front end without much substance. (I know one AI company is basically a bunch of cheap labour making sense of what OpenAI spits out).

Then the stock got diluted and dodgy deals between businesses were conducted. The Tradeflow farce stands out to me as being worth a close look by the SFO.

The money isn't coming back and all you have left are small time day traders manipulating the stock trying to recover losses or make a few K. It truly is gutter stuff.

LOL Captain. To be fair to you that theory isn't the most incredible we have on here. Been accused of many things. I am shorting the stock. I am manipulating the stock. I am being paid by the company. I'm a director of the company. I work for a rival company. I have a dog who is a Russian spy determined to bring down CNSL.

All are total bilge. No financial or commercial interest in this stock. I just like predicting and then watching car crash stocks. Think out of my "lockdown five" CNSL will be the last one standing as SYME seems in a death spiral. However, that last sell should be a concern - 3.12p is some dip for such a small trade. I have warned in the past about stocks that have poor liquidity and then a rush for the door due to poor news or falling out of favour. It isn't pretty.

Anyway - I need to secure the top bunk and wash out my bedpan so best be going ! LOL.

No. Everyone with eyes can see what is happening to this stock and it isn't good. I can think of easier ways to earn money but if you lot enjoy playing with penny stocks so be it.
