My guess is he is down on Nuburu and trying to recover. He clearly has zero historical knowledge of SYME, even though I am hoping he is holder as I would dearly love him to lose as much money as possible.

The only thing regarding SYME now is that as the golden power has rejected the proposal as is (and we have a fantasy Q4 resolution) will moneys be released to enable BURU to fund SYME? Obviously the accounting is opaque but I struggle to think of why any one would release funds at this time, even if the restatements are cleared.

I share your view and it is nice to see someone that wants to discuss the share.

Fundamentally CNSL could have a good little business moving forward. The public are gullible. Americans are the world's best for believing any old nonsense related to health so the US target market (which has been a target since 2017) is/was likely sound (until the orange clown went into the WH anyway).

I have said that the biggest obstacles for CNSL is its SMT - which has now been addressed, its Strategy - which I think is generally on the right track and time. Time is the unknown at the moment as economic and political headwinds is making running a SME that needs to grow exports very challenging.

As with most SMEs moving from that #10-20m is tough. The upshot for me is where is the potential for a company with a small product set, whose main market is saturated and who have consistently been unable to make a profit? Worse - although margin increases are good you also have Chinese competitors. If they see a high margin product they will do a me to product to undercut you. They make amazon look passive. Ask me how I know. Lots of other factors are at play - R&D spend is poor and I am not sure if the marketing team is really firing on all cylinders. Both are tough nuts to crack. It is concerning that they aren't spending the cash pile on anything strategic by the looks of things but instead are still experiencing cash burn. They are running out of options.

I think CNSL delisted could get to a £20m T/O in 3-5 years time with a small but attractive EBITDA if they get the marketing right. As listed is this a sleeping multi bag opportunity? The chances are beyond slim. As a result on a normal EBITDA calc the business could be worth around 17- 20m eventually imo. But the risk is high and I don't consider that level of potential return over that period of time that attractive (as anyone with a calculator can figure out why.

My issue with he telegram groups (of which I belong to one where I post the same post every three months) is that they tend to be an echo chamber. You meet nice people because they are likely just like you. The one I am left with has a spin out group through our mutual love/ownership of nice Porsche. So they have some plus sides. For share discussion? Not so much - our group got majorly stiffed.

What is there to say? It appears the ramper's carer has taken his android phone off him so we're not getting the daily "gold rule announcement in the morning then you'll see" nonsense.

All we have is a company held in stasis so that Az and the board can suck whatever asset is left out of the business. A zombie business whose clock is ticking to the inevitable even if by some creative accounting it gets a load of money injected into it.

They sold what the board had previously described as the "Crown Jewels".

All sold medical testing sold off piece by piece. We now have a company selling a lifestyle product , produced in the turnip fields of the UK. But hey - some think the loss making business is somehow worth 23.795 Million (based on the fabled rerate to 10p).

People are idiots and they don't have a clue about this business or for that matter any business. Just gamblers hoping to play a game of make believe.

Absolutely. The sell off started long before. Not many remember the German subsidiary. Now a lifestyle product imo. Market is huge but they dont seem to be investing enough. A "me to" product to sell through crystal gazers.

However, it is clear today that H50 and the kids DJ were right - a rerate was due. Just not in the direction they expected (but I predicted).

Just a guess but first it is clear that the business will never rocket. It’s just a small manufacturer in the alternative health sector. A lifestyle sell. It could be a nice little business moving forward but it isn’t what a serious investor would go for. Even with the share price pretty static in the 3-4p range the value is declining in real terms. (This will baffle many holders!).

Secondly perhaps they have seen that revenue declined by 15% last year. I did warn of decline and set clear KPIs before the figures were released. They didn’t hit what they should have meaning that growth has stalled.

They have of course done the wise thing by increasing margin and reduced costs but eating into reserves without anything to see for it should set alarm bells.

I find it amusing that holder believe they have to defend the indefensible - not that bright are they?

The board provided an expected summary. As I say in my post and have said for years to you simpletons - you have to dig in the weeds to understand as much as possible what is going on. The devil is always in the detail - it’s why I was the one that raised the alarm on what ODX were trying to sneak through at the AGM. You lot read the bullet points and ignore everything else. It is why I am not holding a loss due to keeping an eye on what could be a nice little business (will never set the world alight) rather than having any financial interest in it.

Perhaps it’s time to listen to the grown ups son.

No one of sane mind would lend SYME the money proposed. It stinks.

Despite the board saying the accounts would be released in July the RNS today reveals that they are delayed for another 3 weeks.

Two takeaways -

1) last years results are bad so they want to give an update on Q1 to calm nerves or to put a positive spin. Remember new CFO so they may have spotted something.

2) Any investor, regardless of stock that believes the headlines on RNS trading updates or trusts any board to be fully open and transparent beyond what they are legally required to be is a mug that deserves to lose money. You have to dig in the weeds and have experience to get a total picture. CNSL famously talk about targeting the American market every year. They’ve been doing it since 2017 and yet here we are.

The rerate didnt come because it was based on fantasy. What is more alarming is the accounts and trading update hasn't yet been released.

If they come out on Friday it is bad news. Penny stock companies always release bad stuff on a friday because they hope that investors are too busy getting drunk down at Wetherspoons to notice. Of course it will be dressed up, just as it is every year to fool the village idiots that still hold. (hi green stripe).

The only thing we know currently is that revenue fell by 15%. What is of interest is a trading update on the last quarter. Read my previous posts that highlight the establishment and cycles for sales teams. (Or ignore the prophet in your midst).

With so little being traded in the last couple of weeks, following a very energy ramp, you have to wonder why CNSL is still listed. It has no benefit in being listed and has costs that could go to the bottom line if they delist. (as many others have done).

We will see in the morning if we get a RNS. If not then bring out the sackcloth - no matter how the village idiots spin it a friday release is never good.
