Would think that the liquidater/court, just might keep an eye on Frr paying the L/Notes off & maybe Frr would have to report back every 3 mths to give them an update.

Would think the longer we do not hear anything on the default claim the better unless of course , it is confirmation that the DOS has been accepted.

On Frr being able to go forward with the DOS for the 12mth period, it safely keeps hope away from still going after the Georgia asset for the 12mths.

In the above time, obviously we still need Frr to pay off the L/Notes of which would not think that the DOS would have been filed with the liquidater/court unless they was serious, due to the liquidater/court would not be happy & as has been mentioned if thought Frr was never serious with the DOS then ZM & SN just might get frr B & B.

Let's seriously hope that the DOS has been signed off by the liquidater/court of which is looking good at moment.

I am now thinking that it probably better that above, is dropped. Unless Frr have got anything worthwhile showing/saying to the court of which it is looking more likely, they have not.
On above happening then there would not be anything for them to hide behind & we would find out for certain on the DOS then find out where Frr stand on having a positive future.

Very good news that Frr are not listed in Cayman courts & from Tuesday, it will be 4 weeks, since the DOS was submitted.

I was also thinking on the Caymans court list release & that nothing shows up for next week.
Now we are closing in on at 4 weeks, since the DOS was submitted then would have thought something can be released, just confirming that the 12mth period is now/has now started for Frr on the payment of the L/Notes.

Unless Frr have any very good evidence then it would be a complete waste of time & money.
Will say that the time part might still be what Frr want a bit more of.

One thing is that Frr did use some brain cells on deciding to move the asset & as far as known Frr are still working on the ground of which can only be positive.

One thing is that as far as I can see the judge most definitely only sees hopes argument. So cannot see any point in Frr taking this any further, but as usual just might be wrong on that one.

Overall, is is still the DOS that I want to see something from the liquidator/court on, so we know for sure that Frr do have the 12mths to pay off the L/Notes.

It must have been signed otherwise it not worth submitting in.

Forgot that one, but for me, it is still thinking on DOS.

Will add that there might be something on case management, still to be sorted, but overall would think that would not give us anything worthwhile.

Would think that as far as court hearing is concerned that the full hearing, in early/mid August, is the next one & that is if Frr take it there of which, is looking likely. If Frr do though then likely that they need to have some really good evidence that can be used against hope of which might, just come from YA, as mentioned.

Main thing though, is to hear something from the liquidator on the DOS that was submitted by 28 May & that now was 3 weeks ago, as that is the one thing that can mean Frr will carry on for the next 12mths & in that time pay off the L/Notes.

The default claim & Frr's claim are two different things.
It is the default claim that is by far the most important thing & Frr, seems to have dealt with that via the DOS, but will add still need to probably hear something from the Caymens on that though.
