Seems that a reasonable amount of talk & that includes a few non believers , is now on what will Frr do when Frr make their way through intact not if they do of which, is good.
So let's see over coming weeks, if above is right.

It has started to look like the Frr claim, is the only ongoing problem & if that is right then that will be excellent.
On above though, as mentioned by a few & that is will not know anything for certain until Frr claim has concluded either by being dropped or full hearing.

I will say that I am also thinking in a positive way that Frr will come through this, intact & on the point of actually finding out on being right that I feel will, just come down to waiting on the outcome of the Frr claim.
On as far as the claim, is concerned as has been mentioned. Going on what has come out of the court, it would only be worth Frr going for the full hearing, if they have/can find any full on evidence that shows what they have tried to say in court.
On the DOS that would have been submitted around 5 weeks ago, next Tuesday of which is I feel a positive.
Has anyone had anything about the court listings for next week?

Was it not mentioned in a court doc of which think was from somethinghope put in.
On when it had to be submitted by I think, it was 28 May & that is on its way to being 5 weeks back.

Even though as previously mentioned nothing is certain.

Overall though I also thinking that Frr will come through this crap intact.

At moment, it looks to me that it is starting to look like above. Will add though until it is fact nothing is certain.

Overall this is how I started to think once we reached 3 weeks on from the 28 May of which was the date the DOS had to be submitted by.

So at moment we are on the way to 5 weeks, since the date above of which can only help make things look more positive for Frr to sort this out over the next 12mths.

FRR could/will be talking direct with the ‘Liquidators’ and Hope has already said he has nothing to do with them so he has no input/sway on any opinion they (Liquidators) will form so the fact there is no continuation process (of the liquidation) speaks volumes.

Assumption therefore is the liquidators have seen something that would make them happy to stop the process, otherwise we’d see something in the court listings.

The process is only stopped/suspended on facts not “we think we’re solvent” statements.

Then if that is still the case the full hearing will not conclude until sometime in the last quarter of this year.

Overall, as I think there is supposed to be a case management conference at end of July then

I 1st thought the same, but as time goes on, just seems that nothing will come out until this is has all concluded.
Let's hope above, is incorrected & we do get some positive info over next 2/3 weeks.

Generally I have always thought would be great on confirmation on DOS, being accepted.
Overall though unless the Frr claim, is dropped of which, at the moment, it is not looking like then probably not hearing anything on anything until Frr claim has concluded.

As nothing, is still showing on the default claim then that I feel can only be positive on the DOS being accepted.

I just had a mad 1/2 hr.
Will say that the part of Frr that is being wound up, has not got the asset & also I am thinking that it is that part SN & ZM have declared solvency on in saying they will pay back the L/Notes.
So as long as the L/Notes are paid off over 12mth period then default notice is null & void.

Agree that even though things still seem to be moving along that Frr have given us f.c.k. all in info, since this crap situation started.

Another thing, is that you seem to like getting confused, but still manage to come up with DOS, is only negative.

Now why the f.ck. would above need to be signed, just to wind up.

On there being no communication at all from Frr, as has been said a few times & that is, it is the above that many, if not all think is the reason.

So if Frr have/cannot get the evidence through Discovery that would clearly show that hope has tried to f.c.k. up Frr then just knowing it will clearly not be good enough for the court. So we just as usual, wait & see what happens over coming weeks.
