In the court documents did hope not say, something along the lines that his line of thought was that Frr value was going to be looking very good think it showed up in an e-mail from 2018.
So on above Frr's value just might be looking very good & means the DOS, is a very important document.
In the end, everything on here is speculation. Some of which probably looks more plausible then others.

On everything that has come out of the court, so far has been in hopes favour & it seems the court take the default & Frr claim, as two separate issues.
Overall it is as usual a wait & see of which might still be months away, but hopefully only weeks.

It is not all about the court case.
Default, is the big problem. On that though, it might have started to be a smaller problem.

Overall timeframe for the DOS ends around end of May 2020. So by then/before then Frr will be out of the woods or dead in the water & I go for the 1st one.

As previously mentioned & you say that one thing the liquidater will do, is make sure Frr are not just sitting on their hands & of Frr showing things are moving forward, in a positive way then hope will not be able to carry on going after Frr.

Only thing that I think on, is on the default side of things.
The Frr claim, is secondary to above unless there is someway that 1st Frr can put themselves in driving seat of which, is not the case at the moment then use it in their favour on the default.

Will say that generally I am just going on what "Spock" would say of which, is logic.
One thing that is probably the case & that is if hope had made any further ground then something would have come out in the open by now.
In end, as said previously we need something from official channels that can tottaly confirm everything is/will go in our favour.

The on going part maybe is on the dismantling of the part of Frr that they took the assets out of.
Will add what is the point of SN & ZM signing the DOS, if hope can, just carry on regardless, also on signing of it they can be fined or in more extreme circumstances go to prison.

Good that still nothing is showing & now we are closing in on full 7 weeks, since the DOS had to be submitted by.

Maybe one of our very good investigators find something.

One thing we know that it is not & that is issue of shares.

That is a problem with Frr. Whenever there is a bit of excitement, it is generally always over, pretty fast.
Let's hope above changes, sometime in the not to distant future.

In some ways, it is something like 7yrs.
Still believe though that Frr will finally come through, but hope the wait is in the mths not year or more.

At the moment Frr are still de listed & even though I, also a few believe that Frr are looking like they have gained time on the default.
It is still the case that nothing has come out, as fact. So until it does Frr are still not out of the woods yet & will add that this crap has been going on for near on 7mths.

Agree that it seems a stupid thing for Frr to go for, considering the complete mess they are in at the moment. So there is, just a maybe that they are announced as winners, but I still, just cannot see it.

If Frr do win of which, as you say unlikely then would think that says they have big backers.
