If YA payment was due by 1 July then would say that there is a good chance they have been paid, as obviously nothing has come out from YA, saying any different.
As have always thought though & that is we need some full on evidence that things are going the right way from Liquidaters/courts.

Agree that it is at least looking like Frr do have reasonable value, but feel there is a good chance that value will be looking more then just reasonable.
Would also say that it is looking more now that the Frr claim, also one against SN & ZM, is just noise.

As mentioned few time Hope at moment does look like he has the upper hand in the Frr claim & claim he has now put through. It looks to make the main subject i.e. default is going in Frr's direction & that is easy the biggest problem there is also fact that DOS has now been submitted for near on 9 weeks.

Overall cannot see anybody adding any £s to their lives from Frr at moment, but just need to see, if something positive comes through over coming wks/mths.
Overall on football for a while now, have only kept a small interest on the whole of it.

Think somehow we will get a shock & very bad & big one.

Maybe hope has now gone for the shares because of what I mentioned & that is default not going well for him/Outrider.

As usual though we still need something concrete from Liquidater/courts on the default.

Would say that being the case of which, it probably is. It does though, point towards that Frr will be worth something at some point, of which would also say that the default cannot be going well for him. As if it was then he/Outrider would be owning the lot anyway.
The above, is just how I had a quick think on it.

Will say that I & many/all are ****ed off with this length of time that Frr has not come up with even, just a couple of lines that would show things are going ok/well on the default, side of things.

It is now around 9 weeks, since DOS has to be submitted by. As time goes by without anything on the default coming up then it looks more & more likely that things on that are moving forward.
When something is released on the default, side of things, it is positive.

Will say that if Frr was worth nothing then, as a few have said why would Hope be willing to take shares off ZM & SN in his suing of them.

Case management, is not supposed to be until next Thursday. So lets see what this statement is for & what doc 53, is about.

In one of Hopes emails, he mentioned something along the lines that he said that Frr was looking good over coming yr.

Going on how things have/are going would be thinking as you do & that is Frr are moving well in the right direction as far as the default, is concerned.
On the Frr claim, the claim against ZM & SN does not really matter. Except for that it might mean their is a longer wait for Frr to show everything, is going well.

Overall I am still thinking that the main problem that Frr (shareholders) had was the default & on that I am still believing that it, is going in the right direction.

A big thank you on the info that you took time on posting, early this morning & will say that it has started a good bit of new talking.

Even though things are still definitely no where near completely clear, I am thinking more now that as far as Frr are concerned of which I am including Georgia asset that the default, is being properly dealt with.
Now that Outrider are suing SN & ZM any info on this should be more out in the open & that hopefully will help on as far as the default, is concerned.

It is looking like hope, is suing for the 500M shares from what think was from, each of them that they put up as guarantees.

As the DOS was now on way to about 9 weeks, since being submitted then on that being the case of which makes sense then that would make sense.
