Lets hope, the Frr claim, is sorted sooner. Thing, is now he has filed a claim against Frr.
I still though am thinking on the default, side of things & that Frr have moved forward on paying off the L/Notes.

On Oopsi post when open link, it says that Hope filed his claim against Frr (SN&ZM) on 23 July & as Oopsi, says would be good to know what his claim, is about.

Going on the info, saying the trial will not be until next July then would seem that Frr have the $s that is needed for the lawyers, in Caliafornia.
A few weeks back I did briefly mention this case might go into 1st ate of 2020, but July, is along wait.

Would think that as soon as they knew about it then the ones for the California would have asked for a reasonable payment if all all that had been carried out until then.

Going on the crap situation, all are in at moment would be thinking many, if not all would be smiley faces on £1B.

Think to many lines & probably added, some glue.

If the judge does not see any real evidence that tells him Frr will win then I think it is possible that the judge can direct the jury towards an aqital.
Overall, it is still the default that gives Frr their biggest problem of which, has now started to look more positive for Frr.

As previously. Why would Hope be interested in an OOCS that says, he has to pay any substantial damages. As up until now, nothing has come out of the court that suggests an Frr win.

Overall I think that you can say that Frr have not taken much notice of this piece of Corporate Governance.

I am really starting to believe that the default has been sorted, but as always until we get something concrete from official channels i . e. Liguidater/Courts then still have to be cautious

The above, is around 11 days away & the main thing I hope will come out of it, is a date for the full hearing & on what has come out of the court, so far. Would not think that there will be an OOCS that involves hope paying any substantial damages.
The sooner the above can be sorted one way or the other the better, as then there will be no reason why Frr cannot finally give us, some info on the default of which at moment, is looking like that it should be positive.
