Overall, it is looking like we need to hope that reason for moving of the assets was to give them more time on getting funding togeather for payment of debt. As surely they would have known that liquidators might go this way.

Not certain, but it is just for the ones named to oversee the DOS & obviously, if Frr don't comply to the workings of the DOS then Frr will be no more.

Will add that on Frr just confirming that the problem with the default, is well under control would help many of us & gives us a much more positive outlook.

One thing for sure they both, seem to have plenty of time to spare when taking away anything concerning Georgia.
So don't know, but if somewhere that a private company can be reported, as they have kept its owners (us) in the dark on what is happening.

Even though there is most definitely alot of don't know in this & still need to be very cautious on the outcome.
I as have said previously that some of the info that has been found by our few very good investigators does seem to point in the right direction for a good outcome & I just will say again that not having any news come out on the Default, since the DOS was submitted 28 May. It does help make this look, as if it is going forward, because if there was any not so good news out there then I am sure that the little ****ters would have let us know.

As far as the DOS, is concerned. Since it had to be submitted by 28 May at the moment there has not been anything come out on the Default, since then. So reason for that I feel is because of the DOS.
As usual until some solid new does come out. It is a case of waiting, as usual.

What you mention on Frr using US embassy, is same as I mentioned, earlier.

Agree on that also can easily be the case.
Until we do get some solid evidence though. All we can do, is speculate on all of this.

Over the last few yrs, it has been said about Frr, just being a front for something much bigger & not thought much on it. Now though, it seems that might be the case.
When this does properly all come out, it will be very interesting.

Going on the naming would seem Frr are setting up in Ukraine & if that is the case then would think only possible they can do that with some reasonable funding in place.
At moment Frr seem to be getting bigger rather then folding up.

Would add that what, is point of being given 12mths to pay $2M when full debt, is due in or around that timefram.

Now what Oopsi has just posted that is making it look like something, is happening in background of which, is positive.
It does say I think something about SN & ZM using the American embassy for meeting/s.

Would agree that Outriders debt would easily be the Liquidaters main concern, especially as it was the payment concerning that was what started the Default.

Think it was mentioned in a court document. Would need though somebody to confirm.

Overall I cannot see the point in signing a DOS for only part of Frr that has near on no debt.
Will add that up until now no more has been heard of the default from when the DOS had to be submitted by.
As have always said though that we do need some full on evidence from Liquidater/Courts to confirm that things are going right way.

As things stand at moment I would agree that it is looking better on being a holder then on a short.

I will say that your style of posting, is looking very good now & coming through with some good ideas.
