I also at moment only interested on Frr surviving, but the mention of Frr being taken out would be one reason why Frr would have any chance on the Ukraine, side of things.
As usual it, is all guessing & speculation on how things really are.

Agree that on Frr having a score of any sort on financial security, is very strange & in a way might just mean Frr have some nice looking backing.
Would say same on that want Frr to just concentrate on Georgia unless, it has near on already been taken out of their hands & in much bigger hands (BP).

Going on the max that can be scored on the various areas would agree that considering the situation that Frr look/looked to be in is not bad.
Overall had a quick add up & think the max score that can be reached is around 260.

The longer it goes on that there is no news on above, I believe that when news does arrive then the chances of it being positive, Increases.

Going on what has come from the Court the judge does not seem that convinced that Frr has shown strong enough evidence for them to win their claim.
So on above being the case cannot see any reason why hope would be wanting an OOCS that includes him paying any substantial damages.
As per usual, it is a wait & see on what info comes out from the court.

Cannot see the liquidater, just taking Frrs word on that the L/Notes will be paid off in 12mths.

On the DOS would think that it was submitted around about deadline date of 28 May of which was 8 weeks back.

Depends what tele conf, is for & case management can easily be carried out by telephone.
I am sure that hope, is wanting it by telephone to save him a few $s.

A few days away from 8 weeks, since DOS had to be submitted of which I see as being more positive.
Let's hope on the 1st bit of news from the liquidater or Caymans court, shows Frr have moved forward on dealing with Default.

I go for the 2nd, but overall not exactly worried on it.
Only thing as usual, is the Default . On that whether or not Frr have moved further forward on the paying off L/Notes.

Overall we don't know the wording of the DOS, so it might be the case Frr have to pay off a % of the L/Notes by a certain date.

Let's hope that Tim does get some relevant/good info for this bb.
