Even after I & few others have said you still go on as if Frr claim, is the main thing going on when it is no where near, as important as the default of which, it has started to look like Frr have started to come through.

Will add that the cretin has been I think off the BOD for not far off 2mths, so time for them to finally prove that is not just talk.

On as far as above, is concerned on Frr not having/getting evidence that the court will take seriously of which would say, is looking unlikely at moment. Would think unless keeping it up somehow, is good for Frr on dealing with them paying off the L/Notes then the claim, should be dropped & just get on with dealing with the L/Notes.
On Frr paying L/Notes off & increasing value of Frr massively then the last one will be a way of give hope the f.c.k. off sign.
As always we wait & see.

Overall would say that the liquidater would not just take that as enough. Especially as on de list Frr's m/cap was only around £30/40M.

As has been mentioned a few times, if not more. It is the default claim that is the most important & on that Frr, just might have already started to win the war.

Very good that still nothing showing from Caymans.
Now closing in on 6 weeks, since DOS submission date & we know that if hope could have done anything, in that time then the liquidater would have let it known.

The DOS, is from what has been said, is to say that Frr will pay off the L/Notes within the 12mth period.
So on above that would say that as long as Frr get things moving on paying off L/Notes then the liquidater should be happy & they I am sure will keep an eye on making sure Frr are moving forward on payment.

The DOS was submitted, just over 5 weeks ago now. So if anything was/has happened then sure that something would have come out in that time.

Would think that it don't just come down to positive talking, but they would also have needed something to seriously back it up.
As usual though have to see what happens over hopefully, just the coming weeks.

Good positive, is that we are now into 6th week, since deadline date for DOS to be submitted of which was 28 May.

The court case has been a side show for a while.

Was mentioned think around couple of mths back & I briefly also around start of June.
In end hope that Frr claim is dropped unless they have/get any evidence that the court would take notice of.

If Frr have had any $s then that would have been used for the litigation & if any leftover for Georgia.
So overall, it is still just a waiting on all this crap to finally be over then see where Frr/we are.

The only fact that I am going on concerning that the default, is looking like, it is not moving on from last bit of News on it.
Is along lines of that it is now 1 day from 5 weeks, since the DOS was submitted & we know hope would have done everything he can to have moved the default on of which, as mentioned nothing has come out, to show it has, since the 28 May.
