There is a few that obviously do not have much of a clue, as to what the DOS being submitted might just mean.
Instead though they just carry on regardless with its over, as mentioned a Level 42 song from way back.

I know & same with all who generally say same, also have not.

As said before on thinking that write a note for a charity of your choice & hand over shares to chariot then on Frr still being around in a few months time then any £s that come from it goes to charity.

Agree that this has all been total crap position to be in. Especially as going by previous news, it seemed Frr was just about to come good.
In end though all we can do, is the usual & that is wait of which hopefully, will not be to much longer.

The question as far as I am concerned & sure a few others, is that it is accepted by the liquidater of which at the moment, it is looking positive.
On the matter of only taking part of Frr into liquidation does not mean the asset is safe & that is why the DOS, is very important, going on info available at moment.

It has for at least a few weeks now not looked like Frr will be releasing any news until the trial has been completed or on a chance of some sort an OOCS.
It is also starting to look like the above will also apply to the DOS, but one good thing on that is obviously, if the cretin was able to wind up Frr then that would be done a.s.a.p. So the longer Frr carry on with their on going work the more optimistic we can be on that the DOS has/Will go through.

Even though, if this does go to full jury trial we obviously want Frr to win.
The main thing though is that the DOS does/has gone through & on that it would mean Frr will have the 12mths of which they very likely will achieve in paying off the L/Notes, due to the consequencies that might come about, if they dont.
So on above as the cretin has been of the BOD for 4/5 weeks now there would think is a good chance that is seriously being worked on.

Will add though that now the DOS, was submitted by Frr then chances of a very nice e surprise, is defintely there.

As long as we get a re-listing with an sp in the low pennies on resuming of trading then either would do.

On it being trial by jury then there is some sort of chance it will. Especially if Frr's Declaration, is backed up by some big funding.
Will add though that if it did then would hope this one sided judge did not interfere via trying to direct the jury in favour of hope/Outrider.

As already said & that is how the f.c.k can Frr be even thinking of something this big/costly on a whim, so as mentioned previously Frr being a front for something much, much bigger.

If it still goes ahead think it is due to start in early/mid August.

Will say that as far as Hope, is concerned he is no longer on the BOD & since he resigned of which was 3/4 weeks back would think that has helped Frr a good bit.
