Jester I suggest that you write a note saying that Frr shares that are in suspension, I hand over & name the charity. Give the note to the charity then you no longer need to write its over, anymore on here & that is also the name of Level 42 song.

I suppose there has always been talk of Frr being some sort of front for something much, much, bigger.
Anyways we just wait for something from the court/liquidater on the solvency declaration.

Have to say that it is a bit strange that Frr are involved in this, as we all know Frr are just a small oil & gas company.

If you are going on the 15.06 post then as their is no doc saying that then that post, is likely just to give a negative view.
As mentioned as it was Frr that put forward their submission 1st then would have thought it is them that are going for the sanctions.
Until though there is something from the court then as usual nobody knows, including the 15.06 poster.

So post of 15.06, is not fact, but just an opinion of that poster of which reads, as negative?

When you have a bit of spare time would be great, if you can post anything on any new docs.

Overall I will wait on a fairly regular poster on what is/has happened.

I mentioned after you posted it that date of doc was, as you say 10/6, but some do not realise dates from USA turn around day & mth.
Will add don't know where they got idea of trail date though, as that has not show on small bit of Info on the link.

Was trial date not in August?

Doc 43, is dated as 10 June of which was only yesterday & Taffy mentioned it, but don't think he said anything about trial date.

Mentions pre injunction of which know already, but has transcripts dated 10 June.

Will add that this bit of News should not be far away, as it would have been filed with the court, latest around 14 days ago.

So presume next bit of above we want to see, is that liquidater has accepted Frr's Declaration?
