Well as that is now around 13 days ago or maybe, slightly longer. Would hope that we are close on it being put out there in the public domain.

On Frr continuing, but stay private then on that it has been mentioned that 8.4p, is possible, as a dividend. So overall I would most definitely not complain on it being around 5p.
As usual though we just have to wait & see on what happens next then hopefully it will be then that we can start to think on sp/dividend.

Think that Goit was the one who 1st mentioned it & Taffy also mentioned it after.

Agree that it is likely that Frr have secured the finance through a loan or signed a deal. As if it had been signed on the basis of production paying it off then on that there can always be times when production has to be decreased/stopped for some reason & as regdik has mentioned Frr would need to have production up by a very high %, compared to what they had previously.

His mentioned a good few things & look where we have been/are.

Injunction not happening, but very good news on the Declaration of Solvency was signed by SN & ZM, also filed with court.

If that is the case on that because both are linked then that is reason for Frr claim not looking good to judge then I think that the judge is not that great at working thing out in this area. As For claim surly overrides the default due to default would not have come about, if the cretin had not been blocking financial solutions for Frr.

Read again, as I said that it is not 100% sorted, but generally closer than ever before.

Overall that is why I did say closer then ever not it was 100% sorted. On that though would seriously think that Frr would not sign it unless they was as confident as can be they have/Will have funds to pay it off.

If you cannot see that signing of above is excellent new then had said a couple of days back. You need to have head examined or just try & understand the implications of what it means.
Will add that since all this crap started this has put us closer then ever before of clearing this all up.

Unless something comes out & says different then the signing of above is a major, bit of positive news.
So let's for now, just keep our thoughts on above & enjoy it.

As asset is in other part of Frr seriously cannot see the Declaration being for just 5%.

Agree with SB that generally thought it was Hope who had to defend not Frr & that this judge, is defintely not interested in Frr having their day in court, also will say that he never has been Everything he has said & done has been in hopes favour.
Now though the big D has been signed though he can change on that one.

Agree that on consolidation coming with a massive uptrend then consolidation can work in a very positive way.

Now that Frr have signed the declaration & filed with court of which now was around 11 days ago.
Even though things are not done & dusted just yet. The above would have put Frr in a much stronger position & should mean that the default claim is put to bed, as long as Frr keep their promise of dealing with the debt in the timeframe of 12mths.
On as far as the declaration, is concerned Frr as previously mentioned would not have signed it unless they was as confident as can be that they will have the funds needed.

As there is a chance of some sorts that they can go to prison then would seriously think that SN & ZM are as confident as possible, debt will be sorted within timeframe of 12mths.

Reason for the declaration might, just be because they have signed a deal for funding.
So instead, as we have now had this very positive, bit of News. Would say that think more of a positive way of things going.
