As have mentioned a few times now & that is this judge needs to seriously rethink the way in which he is looking at this. There is only one way that the injunction should go, if looked at properly & that is Frr's way of which would allow for the claim to go to court then on a Frr win that would show that Hope has only ever had one thought in his head & that is to dismantle Frr.

Overall this judge, if he cannot see that Hope is heavenly involved then there is something wrong with the system.

Looks like 2 new docs are up & both are important, but the big D, is the one we all want to know about.

Good bit of Info of which will be very relevant, on Frr can coming through this.

See we just might have a new one arrive & considering we at moment are delisted there seems to be a good bit of attention given to Frr by these WOSpace.

Plenty of above are out giving their crap again.

I notice my filter is working which means the above are posting a good bit of crap, as usual.

On the injunction, still cannot see how the judge cannot see that the Frr claim & the default claim are not linked. So on the basis that have mentioned also cannot see how this f.c.k.ing judge cannot just give the injunction to last until the full hearing then if jury go with Frr of which I feel probably in in Frr's favour, if not though then obviously the piece of s.h.i.t has won.

Overall though the most important thing is seeing the declaration, signed & filed with the court.

Would say that on it being signed then there is a good chance of backing from BP, BHG or the major funding or maybe all 3.

Thanks for your posts, as have said before you are one of the posters that I take note of & sure there is a few more that do, as well.

When I say down this route, I am meaning not defaulting, if was possible.

If reason for all this crap we have had, is generally because Frr wanted to take Hopeless/Outrider out of the picture on the cheap of which, just might be then I feel Frr should have just paid them off in full & not gone down this route.
