Not read through anything over last hour. If there is some not thinking that the declaring of solvency, is not very positive new then they need, head examined.

A few have mentioned that all this s.h.i.t. has been some sort of delaying to give Frr more time, let's hope that is the case.

SB on ii mentioned same thing that it was plaintiffs (Frr).

I had briefly thought along same lines. In end though it is waiting on something official to come through via court or Christmas might come early & Frr might come out with something.

I & few have always said that the two are clearly linked & if the Frr claim is right of which everything points towards it being so then Frr's claim should override his.

Does seem to be a few or more that still do not see that Frr claim & his one are separate.
M/Cap on delisting think was around £60M, so on a win chance that award would be not far off that, if not more.

As hope has been off the BOD for 4/5 weeks, so must be a chance that Frr have managed to sort out the loan.
One thing is clear & that is hope was hoping on getting his grubby hands on Frr by now, but looks like Frr out thought him on by moving the asset.
Chance that he knew that once he had resigned then there was only certain amount of time for him to dismantle Frr.

On above being the case then Frr will be looking, in a much stronger position.

One thing is that if hope did approach Frr for an OOCS. Frr, just might only be willing to offer the original $4M with a bit of interest.
