Tsbs One thing is that on ZM & SN starting up a new company I would not think it is just to start a new project. As as previously mentioned who in their right mind would go to invest in it, if they had lost all of the Georgia asset.
Obviously above, is only my way of thinking on all of this & it is most definitely not straight forward.
does anyone have the diagram which showed the FRR companies and how they are structured/linked together? I do recall in the past 2-3 years seeing a diagram which showed all the Frontera companies under FRR, might have been around the time one of them was being liquidated/declared insolvent
Madp Overall, on what Ivy posted I am not certain on what it is saying & that is why I said "seems". On this, nothing looks completely clear. Let's hope, it does go in our favour.
CF73 Many including myself hope on it being 75% in our favour at moment. As usual though we need some solid evidence to show above & we carry on waiting on finding out.
One thing, is that cannot see them trying to start up with a brand new venture on losing Georgia, because who would risk £/$s with these 2. As they would both be though of as a waste of space.
If this, is lost over the £2M missed payment then going on how this looks then both of them are disgrace. Above though, still might not be the case, but many are now well over ****ed off with all of this crap.
Madp Going on the document Ivy posted. It seems to say that the liquidators will try on getting the asset transferred back into the part of Frr they have control over.
