Always possible that it would run that way, but obviously best for us that Frr having $s from claim being used for paying off Hope, is a very last resort plan.
As much better to have default sorted through a nice looking loan backed through oil production or JV/buy out.

Would say that would only apply to Frr claim of which would be good to have them settle, but still the default is by far the most important problem.
Will say though as previous we have had a few good pointers towards a positive outcome on that.
As usual though we wait & see.

Would be thinking that having nothing come out from YA on the final payment, is looking like a positive. Especially as it was due on the 1st July & we are now near on through 14 August.

Seems another positive pointer towards the default being sorted.
Let's hope that we get the positive end game sometime soon on the default.

I was thinking the same, as if before then obviously Frr would not have known on how good the representation was going to be.

Thanks for that bit of Info & seems to strengthen my small bit under Ukraine Articles of which can only be a positive.

As we have see about 3 different articles on the above, it would seem there is something in what they say. So on that being right, if Frr was on their way out cannot see that they would be going through all this for the Dolphin project.
The above looks to be another pointer towards that Frr are believing that there is a future & feel a good one.

Very good to know on % of success, is so high.
Let's hope that Frr has the default under control of which there has been a pointer or two that says that might be the case.
One of the pointers is that they are/have started up a new company of which would think, is for the Georgia asset to be transferred into, if that is possible.
As usual we wait & see.

Generally whenever you get a pure negative poster that makes a statement they always like to say the word "we".

Think must have seen more filtered posts in last 12hrs then ever before & fairly sure all from same poster.
Will say that default is definitely still the main problem that Frr have to deal with & on that there have been some positives that point towards Frr coming through all this crap.
Will add though at the moment nothing, is certain. So it is still a wait & see.

As you say we are just guessing & occasionally a little bit of an educated one.

Last time YA did fry on making Frr pay up dont think it took them long. On that occasion though Frr seemed to turn the tables on them.
So, if still nothing from YA in a couple of weeks then chances of Frr having sorted it would have thought look very good.

As above have not come out with anything would be hoping that the final payment was made & that was think something around $2M.
On above being the case then that would be a big positive, but still might need to wait a bit longer on no negative statement from YA.

There was a press release posted yesterday around 12.58 that mentions that Frr have been to court & looks to be dated 5/8/2019.

Overall think that it is now a case that it is not we think they are serious on the Dolphin project now, but know they are .
We still though need confirmation that Frr have the Defaul under control of which this does give us a positive on that one.

Will say that I would be surprised on there being any news released, but who knows when it comes down to Frr.
