Overall, lets 1st hope that the positive pointers that we have had are guiding us to a nice looking positive outcome, if not very nice.

Would take this hearing over Dolphin to be one of the biggest positive pointers.
Let's hope on the positive pointers turning into reality.

Frr would need $s fairly well before next June/July as that is when Frr case, is due.
Payment for lawyers & for Dolphin itself.

This must confirm 100% that Frr have gone for Dolphin of which they cannot do without backing/funding.

With these sort of articles unless Frr are specifically named then it always will be possible for it to be concerning some other company.
Overall main thing is that there is a chance that it is Frr's assets that this article applies to.
As usual we wait & see.

Over I feel biggest question, is where is funding coming from, as cannot see SN & ZM chucking their own at it.
One thing, is that wherever , it is coming from they would not give it on a no hoper.

Think it was mentioned last week when the 21 days was up ,& would have thought it cannot be more than 1 week. Hopefully something on it will come out over next few days.

Will say that they must know of the fees not paid for the Cayman Islands & cannot see they would take on Frr as clients, if they thought there was any chance that they would not get paid.

Overall the past for Frr even before this year's crap started was **** ing many off, including myself.
On as far as the future, is concerned as previously mentioned a few times there has now been a few pointers that seem to be saying that Frr's future just might be a positive one. One of them big pointers, is all around the Dolphin project where they have Corporate law firm Taylor English representing them. So Far must have funds coming in, but obviously don't know where from.

Agree that on them having them being involved on the Dolphin project Frr should make some sort of statement on it. Obviously though they would say that is not possible as it would show their had in some way concerning Georgia.

The letter & what seems a statement on that letter both made by Taylor English, seems to confirm that they are representing Frr on the Dolphin project & obviously means they have funds coming in from somewhere. The where part is very interesting & important to as where Frr are going over the coming months.

One that I posted seems to be a statement by Taylor English on their letter to the Ukraine, dated 15 August.

The copy that I posted is the translated copy of the 1st one on the link, but seems different to the 2nd one down.

Frontera Resources makes formal complaints to US government agencies, in particular the US Department of Energy, the US Department of Commerce, the US Department of the Treasury, and the Office of the US Trade Representative for violations in determining winners of the PSA competition for the Dolphin site.

This is stated in a letter to Taylor English Duma addressed to the Minister of Energy Igor Nasalik

The law firm Taylor English Duma LLP noted that Ukraine will receive significant benefits by observing transparent and fair public competitive procedures, such as those that were first announced on the Dolphin site.

It was with this promise that Frontera Resources decided to take part and spend their time and resources in Ukraine. Unfortunately, if the procedure associated with such a public competition is not followed in accordance with established internationally recognized standards of integrity and transparency, and in return an advantage is given to local participants with dubious qualifications and backgrounds, US oil and gas companies will not be interested in introducing them in the future investments and technologies in the oil and gas sector of Ukraine.

We hope that the Commission will nevertheless properly consider the results of the tender for the Dolphin site, and the Government of Ukraine will make a final decision on September 12, 2019.

Now that the Corporate London based law firm Taylor English Duma have been named in the article posted couple or so days back for Frr concerning the above. Would say that this is a big pointer on that Frr are involved in Dolphin & on that being the case that also is a big pointer towards Frr have $s or backing from somewhere.
As usual though time will give the answer.

Agree that very unlikely that anything will come out until Frr have sorted the default & lets hope on that being sometime soon.

If all this crap has been over Frr relying on their claim to give them the $s for paying off L/Notes then I feel they are/have been total idiots & that still in some ways applies on it being successful.
So would seriously hope the above is not the case of which would not think it is.

Always possible that it would run that way, but obviously best for us that Frr having $s from claim being used for paying off Hope, is a very last resort plan.
As much better to have default sorted through a nice looking loan backed through oil production or JV/buy out.
