If that is how it goes then that would indeed give us holders a nice feeling. Would hope though that everything will be out in the open by end of 1st half of 2020 at the very latest.
If above was along the lines of how this is going then lets hope on an update over coming weeks.

Will say that if it is really ZM giving some answers then there are bits of them that I think have not been put out officially. So there is absolutely no reason why some form of news cannot be put out officially.

Would say with court hearing about weeks & this letter both show beyond doubt that Frr are very serious on Ukraine of which makes me think that things on Georgia are at least going reasonably well.
Same as usual though need an official statement that says default has been sorted. Obviously, also have the arbitration & on that Georgia I feel are likely trying to get a bit more of the pie of which when is eaten will have a lovely taste to it.

As far as SN & ZM are concerned we will not know on the dishonest part until we either come through this or not & on the not part then see that both are enjoying life through a massive windfall.

Now there is a hearing on default next Thurs. Whatever it is for, let's hope it is positive or neutral.

Would have thought opposition lawyers would be there to argue their position, if that was the case. Unless Hope's lot would read the court transcript & file any of their own thoughts, if it was the case that Frr had managed to reverse the judges thoughts.

I see that it is only listed for 3hrs. So whatever it is for would say that it is something that is fairly straightforward.

Hearing for above, is only just over 2 weeks away. Even though not news on Georgia, still looks to be a positive, as presume Frr would have no chance of having funds for Dolphin unless there was backing/funding from somewhere.

Will add that the longer nothing negative comes out on the default then would be thinking that can only be positive & it is already into I think at least a couple of months, since something has.

Overall the Frr claim against hope as mentioned a few times, is no where near important as the default.
It is the Frr claim that is I think looking to be in July next year, but the default, just might come to an end by early 2020 that though is on the arbitration being sorted through both sides coming to an agreement.
On as far as the arbitration is concerned that is probably Georgia wanting more of the oil & gas.

Agree that Frr are still going & still believe that there is a reasonable chance of them coming through all this. As mentioned though probably will not know for sure until, sometime in 2020.
