On as far as Hope, is concerned. Would be thinking that at the start of this crap that he thought by now he would have got what he had wanted. So on that Frr have given him a not so nice surprise through the moving of the asset of which means if not already it would have given Frr enough time to at least by now close in on getting this all sorted in their way.

Even though we are I am sure now around 2mths, since YA was due to be paid off of which, if they had not I would have seriously thought that something had come out by now.
Overall though having it properly confirmed would be great & that is one thing For surely could have put out a brief statement on.

On as far as the default, is concerned if Frr are still going year end of which there is looking like at least a reasonable chance then would think that default has been sorted.
On above being the case cannot see any reason why any news on it should be held back until the Frr claim result is known. As going on what has come out from courts the two are completely seperate issues.

Just see on ii that above comes to an end on 26 September with a 30 day cancellation notice on each side.
So let's hope that there is no cancellation put out on above.

On as far as the default, is concerned that would think will be sorted by year end & with the pointers that have come out over Dolphin the chances of it being in our favour, look to be going in our favour.
On above being the case then would want Frr to come clean on this around same time.
The Frr claim overall, is peanuts compared to what the default can mean, if goes wrong.
As usual time will give the answer.

Will add that the only thing that can properly confirm this, is an official statement from Frr or the Liquidaters/court.

Agree that now Frr's involvement in the Dolphin project has surely been proven through there being a court hearing in September for Frr then you would seriously have to say that they have the backing/funding required to deal with the default.

Would think that as long as it has been clearly shown that B12 gas reserves are on their way to what Frr have mentioned then even if there is more acreage to study an offload/buyout can still be going through.
Will say that even before all this started at beginning of 2019 I was getting just a bit fed up with something always coming up to stop things.
So let's hope that Frr are closing in on the end of all this & it is a positive one.

Forbes I believe is a good news outlet, so not a back street news paper.

Not read it yet, but Frr mention in this western article I say can only be another positive.

As mentioned this surely means that Frr are seriously involved in the Dolphin project & cannot see that this would happen on just a whim.

The district administrative court opened a case on the suit of Frontera Resources Ukraine against the Interdepartmental Commission on the organization of conclusion and implementation of agreements on the distribution of products and the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine on the cancellation of the results of the tender for the development of hydrocarbons within the Dolphin site.

The court decision was made public on August 15.

The court decided to involve third parties in the case of the Trident Black Sea Inc. winner company, Ukrnefteburenie Production Company OJSC, and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine is obliged to provide copies of all documents on the tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the division of hydrocarbons that will be produced within the Dolphin site by decision of the district court.

The court appointed a preparatory hearing for September 19.

On June 29, Frontera Resources announced that if CMU does not cancel the results of the tender for the Dolphin site, the company will file a lawsuit.

On August 1, the court accepted the lawsuit filed by Frontera Resources.

The hearing I was meaning was not decision you was thinking on for the 12 September, but it is due on the 19 September.

Overall a few pointers that look to be saying Frr will come through this in a positive way.
Main one, I feel is the Frr hearing on Dolphin of which believe is sometime in September.
Would hope though that we are properly closing in on something official on the default, in a positive way.

Don't follow the football, like used to. Will say though that one of their directors on news looked to be saying they are ready to spend the £s of which, if they stayed along lines of not then Arsenal was heading to be a mid table team.

Overall if trying to stir it up they cannot effect whatever is happening.

Will add that as far as Frr being involved in the Dolphin project I would say that has been 100% confirmed through the hearing that is due in think September for Frr appealing on the Ukraine decision.
So looking at this in a logical way above would mean in some way Frr have funding/backing from somewhere.
As usual though, it is a wait & see.

Would presume that legal fees in the USA are being paid otherwise Frr case would be dead & fees as far as Dolphin project are concerned the English lawyer firm would not be willing to deal with anything unless they was sure of being paid. As they would know of the Caymans payment problem.
