Just have to say, excellent research Muck. You are one of the "unsung" sleuthing heroes of this and the ABDX bb. Thanks and keep up the good work. (And the other stalwart researchers who kindly share their hard work.)

All those folks who **** this bb off for not being "worth reading" etc these days, are paying too much attention to the eejits and FUD spammers. There is plenty of good research and comment here, certainly more than most bbs.

I, and others far smarter than me, have been saying for ages it is the bigger picture that matters. That bigger picture just keeps getting bigger, as the superb research on this bb bears out. The rest of the stuff, especially from the trolloons, matters not a jot, . . . except for the entertainment value.

There have been a few comments about sales too, this morning. I think rather than folks making unproven assumptions about whether or not current/recent sales were at this, that or the other level (I don’t think this information has appeared in a set of audited accounts, so who knows?) I’m going to wait for the end of year accounts and look at the actual figures.

gje, quite right. I wouldn't say that anyone suggesting that is necessarily on the 'wrong team', they may just be regular folks who think that is the best course of action. That said, there are some nasty, sneaky, amoral types out there who would happily set up id's to promote that message. It's a bit of a minefield.

Also, and I don't want to play the old soldier . . . but I've been around these bb's for a while and I know there is every type of sewer rat turned evangelical preacher turned got-to-expert turned disingenuous drama queen turned negativity-sowing . . . whatever the feck, out there, who will rob you of your money, or at least your profit, and then dump on the next row of PI's lining up to get rogered . . .

They are here to spread negativity, to skew words, to bad mouth the BOD and positive posters, to use slippery semantics to twist the truth and to use personal insults to intimidate other posters into silence. They do this to damage sentiment, to deter PI's from buying . . . in a nutshell they are here to take money from your and my pockets. I sometimes choose to counter that. slepdave, perhaps that is the answer . . a sort of SAS-type elite group of trolloon fighters. The hard bit (as in real life) is 'selection'. Many are called, few are chosen.

Hello sleepydave, fair post, as are most of yours. I frequently enjoy and tick up your contributions.

One flaw with it though. First you are going to need to explain to our resident Wrecking Crew of disruptors, manipulators and trolloons, what "collegiate and encouraging " mean. Most of the 'off topic' posting here (my own sometimes included) is countering those that come here to cause doubt and dissent not encouragement. Unfortunately, they have to be dealt with and it is not possible to do that in a 'collegiate' manner.

A couple of them use criticism of 'academics' as their stock ammunition. How on earth can you get people who think like that to be 'collegiate'. They don't understand what it means and don't care either.

Wolfe sounds remarkably like 'Ndn71', a known multiple-poster who simply disrupts every bb he appears on. (Famed as Eggy Soldier on Twitter, apparently).

He is the scourge of the AVCT where yesterday at 12.34hrs he announced, "I’m stopping posting here for a while." and has not posted there since. At 12.30 he posted here on the EUA bb and has posted ±17 times since.

Anyone else familiar with this trolloon?
