Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
"I'm interested in discussing the company if that's ok."
But you are not. That is my issue. You are mostly interested in making stand off, verbal attacks on the CEO and BOD. That just adds to the negativity and we have more than enough of that already.
Vent your spleen to the CEO/BOD directly. Don't just showboat on an anonymous social media platform.
Seriously PL . . . you are not the poster you used to be. Trying to goad me into commenting on your agenda will not change that. (And in any case, you cannot manipulate me.) I go back to my original point . . .stop being a big mouth and return to being an astute, analytical, humorous poster.
That's your lot. I'm off to bed.
Oh BTW, I'm guessing you didn't find any pom pom posts in my history.
Not much of a broadside but I'll work with it as best I can . . .
"Not interested Apre. I'll voice my opinion. If you don't like it bin it. Same goes for you... If you're not capable of understanding that not everything smells of roses, so be it. Keep the pom poms flying high. I've always been critical of Alan and I'll continue to be.
"Not interested Apre." - But interested enough to reply.
"I'll voice my opinion. " - As is your right. But remember, there is a difference between a considered opinion and a spiteful rant.
"If you don't like it bin it." - I have never binned anyone. Nobody intimidates me enough for me to want to put my fingers in my ears and hide from them. Certainly not you.
"Same goes for you... If you're not capable of understanding that not everything smells of roses, so be it." - I am perfectly capable of assessing the current situation but I don't feel the need to showboat on an anonymous BB.
"Keep the pom poms flying high." Derek! you little monkey . . . you should be in bed. But seriously, go through my posting history and find a single "pom pom"-style post . . . go on . . . I'll wait.
"I've always been critical of Alan and I'll continue to be." - As is your right. But FFS grow a pair and write a direct, personal letter to the CEO rather than giving it large on an anonymous BB. Dozens of posters have done that, in some cases dozens of times. It's tired. It's old. It shows weakness. It is meaningless. Stop dropping FUD clouds on our BB and take up your gripe with the CEO.
Anything else?
NY, your 21.33hrs post is one of the best we have had on this BB for a while. Excellent synopsis.
PL, for the four years or so I have been reading your posts I have mostly found you smart, quick witted, capable of analysis, capable of foreseeing future scenarios etc, an all round worthwhile poster and source of entertainment.
Recently you have let yourself down. You do not have to take anything of any worth from what I say and I daresay you will 'rip me a new one' in your reply. But get a grip fella. Whatever it is that has transformed you into an over-opinionated, domineering, borish pr!ck with a peculiar fetish for the CEO . . . give your head a shake and realise that of the many factors that may contribute to the AVCT SP rising, they do not include slating the company strategy, the CEO, the BOD etc etc . . . that is all part of the problem, not the solution.
I repeat, you are now part of the problem.
Also, BTW, your opening comment in your 21.56hrs post "U ok hun?" was cheap, amateurish and a weak attempt to shut down a reply in advance. You demean yourself with such trash.
Sort yourself out. Put your dummy back in your over active gob and get back to being the PL that was listened to.
And if you genuinely feel you have a gripe, write directly to the CEO rather than be a BB hero,
Right . . . now give me your broadside . . .
Morning BITL, you're right, I know, I shouldn't do it . . .
I generally have clowns and charlatans like that on an 'ignore or ridicule' setting. Sometimes in a moment of weakness, I give in to the urge to take the Mickey. Rest assured I'll never engage meaningfully with them, just a post or two to ruffle their feathers then I bail. I may be a bit naughty but I'm not crazy.
That said, I have just seen one of our regular charlatans posting more FUD . . . I'm itching to respond . . . should I, shouldn't I? Ignore or ridicule? I'll flip a coin.
GL all the geniuses.
"Apre, try reading before making a tool of yourself."
Thanks for the advice. I have 'tried reading' your posting history . . . it's superb. Comedy 'Dictator' Gold.
Folks, allow me to introduce you to "elrico". You thought we had had every stripe of loony tune on this BB before but I am delighted to say, No! Not so.
It's time for an altogether new breed of loon. It can arrive out of the blue and with one single post, containing a random Xwitter tweet, it can wipe out years of research and comment by dozens of dedicated LTH posters on the AVCT board . . . and "educate" these misguided fools in the blinking of an eye.
We are honoured and humbled in equal measure. I think . . .
Or are we talking to a BOT?
Or just another care in the community misfit?
Go on, . . . educate me again . . . el pendejo.
Am I reading this right? Seems to me that in the last few days, some known FUD-wrangling trolls (and some care in the community sheep) have undergone some kind of St Paul-style conversion. Definite upward swing in the narrative.
Traders jumping ship? No! . . . say it ain't so . . .
Hi Muck, more terrific research there, thank you.
I am no accountant, so looking through the monster figures they are showing leaves me a little dazed (page 22). I have to focus on other layman's points like the improved diagnosis times and improved outcomes (pages 10 to 14), the comparison to competitors (page 18), the reference to the US 'go-to' market, especially the intended application for breakthrough device designation this year (page 20) which I find easier to relate to. All very impressive.
Again, as a non-accountant, I see the potential returns being suggested and think that a paltry £3m investment seems like small potatoes. Am I reading this wrong? There must be plenty of HNW individuals or venture capitalists, let alone institutions who could rustle up that kind of money . . . given the potential . . . no?
I did note from the road map (page 24) that UK clinical trials will not be complete until late 2024ish and US clinical trial in 2025, so a little more time required to dot the t's and cross the i's. But they are pitching for UK commercialisation around end 2024/start 2025 . . . which would be huge. Got to be a few tasty RNS's between now and then, surely. Presumably including a successful fund raise.
ValueCarve, "clearly doubts . . . from BP".
Would you care to provide the written proof, "from BP", where a responsible person from their organisation has stated that they have doubts about Avacta's tech?
Or, are you going to continue making up lies and spreading FUD?
PS, . . . There are clearly doubts about your ID and which others you post under.
Derek, nobody cares.
Keep your semi-coherent, self-indulgent waffling to yourself rather than using it to spread more FUD.
Please do however, re-consider selling up. It would be great to see you go . . . er . . . for good this time.
Energy, I have a lot of respect for you due to your generous research and supportive posting over recent years. So please do not misconstrue this comment.
If you have genuine concerns, write directly to the BOD. Airing your angst on this BB merely adds to the negativity.
Best of luck.
This is a well-known FUDster ploy, introducing into the 'conversation' a low target price, repeating it, trying to get it accepted as a topic of conversation. therefore normalising the idea, and low and behold, folks start believing it to be a real thing.
10.34hrs - Wynbore introduces 40p as a "say, just say . . ." comment.
11.11hrs - Slacker hits us with a 40p prediction.
12.44hrs -T rendz makes the hat trick with advice on shorting to 40p.
What do all of these posters have in common? Known FUDsters, traders, trolls and (some almost certainly) probably part of a TW-style boiler room crew.
Folks, these are the people we have to guard against. By their manipulation they are attempting to take money from your pockets. Don't let them.
A question for the gaggle of FUDsters, trolls and BB heroes who have been on here for the last hour or so, running down their own investment (assuming they are invested), committing acts of investment self-harm, spouting utterly subjective personal views as beliefs held by "most people", putting off potential new investors with their bed-wetter negativity and generally playing armchair CEO-cum-finance guru . . .
. . . Have you written to the CEO airing your concerns or, are you just going to continue embarrassing yourselves on an anonymous BB where you views are a worthless as anyone else's?
