alwaysconniving, comparing ABDX to ODX is ridiculous. Comparing ODX to AVCT is moronic. Suggesting that ABDX can be compared (in a few badly chosen, dishonest, provocative phrases) to both ODX and AVCT at the same time, merely marks you out as a manipulative FUD spammer talking is own book.

But then we all knew that about you when you spammed the AVCT some two years ago using this current ID, the NDN71 ID (now banned from LSE) and Lord knows how many other ID's . . . you are a busted flush mate. The two FUD spammers I referred to were Myluck at 17.57hrs and Zendog at 17.59hrs.

17.57 post has now gone (thread removed?) but is still in his porting history. 17.59 post is still up.

Curiously, an 'out of character' sensible post by MrA followed mine at 19.17hrs, in which he called out Zendog's silly claims and that post has now gone. These FUD spammer will seemingly do anything to try and control the narrative. Anything that is, except be decent and sensible.

We get a classic hyped UT after the close . . . so that we open well in the red tomorrow morning. Then within two minutes (17.57 and 17.59) two of our well known garbage-waffling FUD spammers appear to run down the company and AS, with tired old ramblings about big houses and LFD cliches . . . and yawn etc

Is this a sign that tomorrow is going to be a good day and so the FUDding crew are getting warmed up? Just curious.

A timely reminder of the enormity of what Avacta is aiming to achieve and the academic rigour with which they are obliged to approach it. This is serious stuff and cannot be rushed. Not least, because the volunteers deserve to have their well-being and integrity treated as paramount. (PI's priorities don't even come a close second.)

That said, the recent news re. dose escalation can reasonably give encouragement that the trial, thus far, is proceeding well. As a layman I read it as, we just have to get confirmation of even a slight improvement in tolerability of Dox and the trial is a success. Anything more, such as increased efficacy in shrinking the tumour and basically, as far as cancer treatment is concerned . . . the earth will have moved.

As has been said before, Dr Smith and his team of smart dedicated colleagues have done the heavy lifting, the administrators running the trial are ensuring integrity . . . all we have PI's have to do is wait.

Baffyman, good post, thank you. Even as a non-scientist I can see how Affimers have made the process "faster and better' to use my layman's terms.
