I've just read your post technohead, which was he first amusing one I have read here!

What can I say? Tell me where to find 1knocker. maybe he will stand me a pint to help my cheese sandwich down. He should at least be interesting to talk to, as he seems to have a questioning mind and does not just follow the herd.

If this a 'bulls only' BB, I am off.

I have only asked questins, based on information stated in the accounts, as part of my reseaach as a prospective purchaser of QBT shares.

I have not spread false information, and not even made any prediction or guess, just asked questions.

I can't see any good reason why my posts should be deleted to suppress those questions, and my posts certainly have not been abusive.

As for not being invested, true, but any sensible investor reaearches before investing. If I had got answers showing that my concerns were unjustified , I would probably have taken advantage of the drop in the SP to invest.

The accounts revealGardin got a £100K performance bonus in 2024 (the year the promised revenue failed to materialise)and a big rise in basic fee. A few days later it is revealed that the methods 'tested and proved effective' years ago don't produce anything like the promised results.

The accounts also reveal that Gardin , QBT CEO, will get 10% of any litigation damages recovered, while QBT pays 100% of the legal fees.

When the market saw the accounts, the SP fell like a stone.

Gardin seems to make a lot out of QBT whether it is successful or not. The shareholders take the financial riske, and he gets paid lavishly win lose or draw. He isn't loading up on QBT shares while they are (supposedly) cheap. Are his deals with QBT scrutinised by a truly independent BOD, or are the other directors his placemen?

Something smells off here.

I have seen enough serious questions raised with out any answers. I am not investing here at least until there are some satisfactory answers. This looks like another AIM racket structured to put money, risk free, in the pockets of the insiders [Gardin] while the shareholders take all the risks and probably won't receive much reward even if the technology is commercialised because it will al end up n Gardin's pocket.
