Genuine question. Has a FCA licenced subsidiary ever closed down, not paying it's creditors and a new subsidiary been allowed to pick up business under the same umbrella? Covering the requirements (fat pot of cash) to "meet it's obligations" etc.

No it doesn't impact you that way. They are going to carve the pie up into more slices, meaning the slices you have get smaller. The excess slices will be sold off to a third party (could be an investor, could be on the market). At the rights issue your shares become worth less.

Morning all. Our system has a 6.41 close trigger on this to start accumulating. Many use the same models so I expect to see some movement once we open/close in that territory. GLA.
