This is one of the issues with the gambler culture that exists these days. Step back and look at the bigger picture, not the things immediately Infront of you.

What we don't know is which "major" holders will be inside privatisation and which will be out. One would assume it is in the interest of all non private individuals at this point to be inside the deal. It's only those forcefully brought out that will be impacted.
