I don't think it really matters. For me at least it's about the strategy in terms of the big moves. They will be this month. When... We will see.

Yeah exactly. It's a pretty special setup. Robot pickers etc. THG provide e-commerce as a service essentially. From the website to the warehouse to the shipping to the customer service to the returns. It's whiteish label though so you see it as nestle but it's really inginuity branded up.

If you sold widgets. You could say to THG we will provide the product. You run everything for us. Shop, customer service, logistics, marketing etc. It's a fantastic business. While everyone else is solving these problems for themselves THG and their customers get the benefit of shared resources efficiency etc. Have a look about for videos of the operation. It's extremely impressive.

Imagine you set up a business that sells through Amazon. You provide the product to an Amazon warehouse and they take care of the selling, shipping, returns etc. Inginuity is exactly that but it's setup as your one site/store. But THG take care of the rest for you.

I think inginuity is more about vertical integration. It's not just a white label shop as some seem to believe.

There are a lot of shares on loan. Wouldn't be surprised to see a flurry of non spoofed laddering to batter it a few pence then a load up to close out.

The ratio is about forcing hands to take part. The price of it is the variable.

The RNS said within 12 months of sanctioning (court 2). Assuming some random on the internets THEORIES are as valid as an RNS that narrows down the issue to quote a specific window.

Hammer depending on your average any scenario is likely positive. You will either get shares in new spin offs or a massive divided which will cause a rerate. Any recent holders have little to fear in any scenario.

Exactly and public ownership is 11% so that's potentially 77% of the "trade" pot needs buying to close the shorts. I suspect there is more to it than this but as a rough cut that is quite startling. If any positive structure or pe news lands...

Couple of things to be mindful of. 1. They are only the disclosed shorts. 2. Keep in mind there is quite a small amount of shares in non sticky hands, so a small percentage can have a big impact.

It would be worth having a look at THG holdings on companies house. Lots of recent activity...
