That's the thing. Is it inaccurate or are people just misunderstanding what it is telling them?

Maybe it should be displayed as "transaction above / below current market average" or something to that affect. Which side of the transaction got the best deal at that moment in time.

I agree though, it's misleading to the uninformed to list it as buy/sell as it's both. Even if one is a MM.

You can't read anything into buys and sells. It's 50 50 if mine show correctly. But of course, every buy is a sell and every sell is a buy. It just depends on your perspective.

The difference here is that the SP is on the ocean floor. Very different to one like Amazon where the SP was still quite speculatively bullish with growth priced in.

One of the best personal growth things you can do is be ok with getting it wrong. You will never learn more than from getting it wrong. Let's not play the everybody's fault but mine game. Own it. Learn from it.

Something that is overlooked is demographics. Not everyone is impacted by cost of living in the same way. Equally there is a wage race on in many sectors. I would also question people's beliefs around what others consider essential and not. I.e. ask a woman if she is going to work without make up on! (Those that usually do). Equally... People are now back out in public more so year on year sales will be up, maybe not for all time though.
