I can't see a way of getting out of this intact without taking the RI. The MC would need to hit ATHs to break even with the RI, without it... Forget it.

The whole point of the RI through court was to ensure SHs didn't profit from the company being saved and that is exactly how it is being set up. The only game in town now is rescuing as much of your hard earned money as you can. Only those with a really nice average have a hope, maybe loading right now is a sound option for those with exposure to play with.

With the way things are all you have to do is say "it will likely go down" to have good form!
