If the Ukrainian government seized his shares through the courts then surely it would just be a transfer of ownership and not a dilution? They would they then be free to either sell them on or give to any plaintiff that may be applicable.

If they seized assets directly to compensate for his 49.5% share then this would be a dilution and not good for any of us.

The way to combat glide bombs is to let the Ukraine's target the airfield's they are being launched from in Russia.

At the rate Russia is losing men they will have to have another mobilisation before long. Something Putin doesn't want to do. Surely a sale of the shares as opposed to seizing assets directly would be good for other shared holders? A large amount of a sale that size would get bought up by institutional investors.

I don't see how that's any different to the restrictions that have been put in place previously.

This base case assumes a production volume of 45% of the pre-war level for the financial year 2024, before an increase to approximately 80% in 2025 and an expected recovery to pre-war levels in 2026. Your right the true disaster is for the Ukrainian people but they didn't want to be subjected to the Kremlin yet again. They've been there before and no what that entails. This will go down as the biggest military blunder in modern history. Its exposed the Russian army and Russian equipment for what it is. Sh$£te. If when Britain and America went into Iraq, if 2.5 years in they still hadn't got near Baghdad. Putin’s idea of liberating the people of the Donbas was to kill and destroy everything they have. Before February 2022 there was maybe 30 - 40 % support for Russian in the Donbas. After Russia invaded that dropped to 3-4%, because they realised what Putin had to offer.
