We have been saying this will drop to the 1's from 5p + and ignored or shouted down every step of the way. Here we are at 2.8p and people like R11 or sharebel or maliaka etc... still won't believe it and they won't until its too late.

With this trading neal alltime lows almost every buy in BIDS is now at a loss.

Reality is the company have not delivered shareholder value since they listed and keep investors on the hook with promise of jam tomorrow.

The only people that have made money from bids are James & Fran.

They had a huge payday when they RTO'd into the SPAC.
James got paid again when he dumpeda very large number of shares, can't remember if Fran sold any too?
They both have now treat themselves to over 100% payrises + cheap stock options then have the cheek to tell us they need a fundraise this year cos surprise surprise company still not making money.

THEY should be thanking US for funding their lifestyles because that's what every one of us mugs have done and will continue to do for at least the next couple of years.

So no, we shouldn't be grateful they started bids, we should be utterly appalled at how this company has been run. Ultimately anyone wanting to invest in IGA companies has plenty to choose from, many doing much better so tell me again... why should any of us be grateful for these crooks setting up BIDS?

Surely people are now running out of even fictional money to top up with.

Here's a tip, there will always be an opportunity to top up cheaper on this stock so bide your time wait for the fundraise or the revised (lowered) revenue targets & buy then if desperate to own more.

Lot of what i reading is fluff. We all know the market for IGA is huge and growing but theres a lot of competition from companies better run then BIDS. Look at frameplay or playstack for example.

And i don't buy into this being crazily undervalued at over 10x revenue, how on earth ppl think it should be higher is beyond me. The company remain loss making, have confirmed they need a fundraise this year yet the CEO has just more then doubled his salary lol.

Bids at 10x revenue is already valued higher then most of its competitors. All news is already baked into the price so it will only drift down from here until the fundraise.

What this co. Need to do to have a decent and sustained rise in the share price is prove to the market is has a net profit business which is years away. Despite all the fluff thats the realty.

Helx2 revenues are only part of the story. Lets humour you and say Draper does manage that. Its not exactly a long deal is it 2 years i mean. Wont command a high multiple that and second how much of that will drop to the bottom line? Thats ultimately what matters and with Drapers salary and Admin costs outta control BIDS can grow revenue all they like but won't make a blind bit of difference to the share price if they don't turn a profit.

Currently valued at 10x revenue so at 5p this would be valued at what 16 - 17x revenue... you really believe that?? Have you forgotten about the imminent fundraise and the fact a recession is imminent. These markets are brutal. Bids will be 1.something pence soon. Remember it was the trolls that told you
