Why are last years accounts, taking sooooo long to be released? Its cos a placing is being worked or there's some bad news being woven into it creatively by Draper, thats what i think.

Holding a loss making company as its results come out is usually painful and dont see this being any different despite, all the talk, of revenues incoming nobody knows, what the profits will be on those nobody and i am on the understanding that they arent great at all. FYI.

With the expansion plans this company have and obviously being loss making still when do people expect the first fundraise?

Draper is a charlatan if he resigned the sp would rocket. He's already had a couple of nice big payouts though hasn't he so wont think twice about diluting shareholders again.

My bet he does it when the financials land, so shortly. Prob makes sense to do it while they aren't desperate as we all know the cash they have isn't enough to reach profitability.

All this talk of revenue is great as well but what lands on the bottom line thats all that matters

Out of all the esports teams ppl can invest in why chose guild? What is special about them. There are more and more teams all the time.

StillaNovice we agree this is being manipulated but not in the way you think.

Price starts off positive then ends negative. Very low buys like a couple of quid and SP is jumping up then bam a 5k sell is printed. Been going on for ages. I think they move the SP up in the morning to lure PI's into a sense of security then bigger money is selling into it.

Also think a lot of people here are confusing the cineworld business with their own enjoyment of movies.

I'm short here as you all know and I'm near my price target of 30p looking for a reason to close early but I just don't see it. Infact i see this at least forming at double bottom at 17p when the fundraise comes and that's if they dont go broke

These are already heaviky in debt as i am sure you know. If they have to pay this fine on top it could be terminal. Particularly with interest rates rising.

I am short here so bear that in mind.

I just see a cost of living crisis causing a drop in revenue at one end and mounting costs from existing and potentially new debt the other end really squeezing cine. At the very least they will likely need to raise funds this year too i believe

What is this "experience" ppl say cine are selling? Sitting in an uncomfortable seat for upto 3hrs with some of these films surrounded by strangers with all kind of illnesses when you could be chilled at home watching film at a time that suits you for either free or a fraction of the cost. I just don't get this experience people think a family of 4 would pay minimum of 50quid for.

On top of that cinemas are losing their target demographic to gaming and esports. Time to take the blinkers off guys seriously

Dont wanna upset long term holders here who are obvs down significantly so I will just say this.

Look at the chart. Just look at it. Very often it tells you something that isn't known by the masses. You can try to rationalise the poor price action and justify lower levels of stop losses or you can look at the path of least resistance and start thinking about preseeving capital.

Genuinely think these have a realistic chance of bankrupcy and so does the market.
