I said this would show a small rise in nesr future as company go on PR offensive to get price up for the fundraise. That is exactly what is happening. Smarter people will be slicing on these mini rallies in an overall downtrend.

This TR1 today is a bit of a joke it is a year old. How has Draper let this slip by a whole year without informing the market under AIM rules? What other rules are being broken.

Ayanda capital previously known for being awarded a 250m contract by DHSC for supplying masks unfit for purpose to the NHS. Not exactly the kind of player with a good rep.

That said this TR1 should have been reported last year if u look at the date. Draper yet again failing when it comes to attention to detail. Has his head in the clouds like a lot here. This is not new news ppl

Bids raised in July last year and June before that.
The need more than 5m come on. Even if they hit this years revenue targets they'll still make a 7m ish loss. So i think 10m and it'll be in next 2 month. You can see they have started the PR already with presentations/webinars scheduled. Bit out the blue dont people think? These are designed to create excitement and stoke the share price and you know what it might work to be fair but in this market I'm not sure. Given so many are heavily underwater here any decent rise will be getting sold into as retail start slicing and selling etc.. it is just the way it works.

I am negative cos I am bearish but do see upside potential once x y and z is sorted. Yall just seem to be skipping the xyz part and jus pointing at the potential longer term potential and suggesting things like theres a buyout possible within next 2 months etc.. that is what i hate to see its rampy BS.
Also the idea of a loan while it is possible it is highly unlikely. This company will go down the placing route we all know it. The board are seeking approval at the AGM for crying. Out. Loud. What more, of a sign do you need?

Thr only question is... can or will bids release enough fluff through a PR offensive to get the SP up before the raise or are investors wise to it now and extra cautious given the tumultuous market conditions. Whatever the price they decide to raise it will be a big discounted given the current access to capital, market conditions & track record of bids..u take a chance either way.

Helx2 I dont rule out a buyout but will be further down the road not in the next couple months. Maybe 2 - 3 years once they've proved they can become profitable.

Time will tell. Not tryina deramp. I do genuinely expect a fundraise by end July and it to be around £10m. Just hope it doesn't come with any/many warrants attached but alas I do think Draper will use it as an opportunity to make a few quid for himself he has form for it to be fair.

There's a fundraise imminent that's clear. I think BIDS are going to look to raise at least £10m to cover this years admin costs (Draper and Frans salary included in this ofc). Will they attach warrants and what price will rise be at let's be real and stop the nonsense about takeovers at this stage please

When will it likely be. The fundraise?

Last time the begging bowl was out it was 1st July last year
It was 4th June before that so around this time of year they do it.
These need money it says in annual report & we're at the end of May. My guess is within next 5 weeks. What do others think? With the revenues 2nd half weighted (as always) and them putting the unaudited accounts together it just makes sense does it not?

They are going to have to offer a good discount given poor history and current market conditions specially in tech sector and with inflation there just isn't the access to cash like there was even 12m ago.

Question is will they release news before which would see share price jump so that the discount isn't too far below current levels?

Bottomz i think these will do ok long term they are in a growing sector and will get carried along in the tide no matter how incompetent the captain is. With better leadership these would already be miles ahead of were they are now. They need to start delivering shareholder value.
My view is short term bearish i.e. this next year or 2 until the fundraises stop and they prove they can make money then it will rise sustainable

Market has known its EA for ages or strongly suspected. Nothings new. Wot market needs to know is how much Draper is raising and at what price and first half numbers cos far as i can see costs are up and the azerion deal hasn't even started!!!!

Where is the new finance director as well should not be taking a year to replace a key role such as that just what is going on.

Everyone bangs on about these all the time though so to provide balance I list the opposing arguments.

How about you play the ball not the man anyway.

If we all addressed the points rather then arguing we'd all be better informed. Problem is nobody likes an opposing view anymore. Can't have a real debate. R1 came closest to having an actual interesting debate with.

If yall dont want opposing views that may or may not give you a fuller understanding of your investments then I suggest running back to the safety of your private twitter and telegram echo chambers where every day and every price is a good opportunity to buy BIDS and you stop the slurs such as calling ppl trolls an assuming they're short or thick or wanting better entries etc..

Like I said last week on that 20 to 25% spike. These are the opportunities to slice or sell and buy cheaper and i was right. Same will happen with todays little boom. It'll give up most of its gains this afternoon or early next week. Were in a bear market ffs. And these need funds.

What if these miss revenue targets like they did last year?
What of another director leaves suddenly, thinking of that were is the replacement CFO it's coming up a year now and no sign. Does nobody want the job?
I would also consider a placing bad news we have no idea how much James wants to raise and at what level.

Absolutely zero change in the bottom line here year on year despite the increased revenues. God only knows what the market will do if and when these fail to hit this years revenue targets and lets face it the company have form for doing that dont they. Fact.

I dont know what price the placing will be u r correct but it is also a fact that these need funding as stated in the annual report so not scaremongering on my part.

U just dont like it cos ur underwater and can see this going down which i get but thats no reason to ramp newbies in at any price. Potential yes is big but before it possible realises that potential it needs more cash. Why should newbies buy in at this price when the company have said they need money and chances of dilution are almost guaranteed?

Far smarter to wait on sidelines then buy after the fundraise. Let's say it's done at 2p yall might think that's only roughly 25% down from today's price but to get back to todays price from 2p would require a gain of approximately 40% so you see it makes sense to be patient and not buy in on the ramps and hype

Bottomz i stand by my comment that 99% of stocks fall below there placing price. Not saying permanently but they do inevitably fall below which is why it pays to have patience and certainly not to buy in pre placing based on all the fluffy news and PR the company put out to try and boost the price.

Your agenda is clear ramp people in here at any price in an attempt to boost price so ur less underwater. I am just stating facts based on my experience.

Those are the signs a placing is imminent so look out for them is all i is saying. And when the details of the placing is announced dont be in a rush ta buy as 99% of the time the price ends up below the placing price even if it is just for a short while.
