The liquidity here is woeful. Considering these meant to be on the verge of a major deal with Lloyds you can't tell from the SP. Looks more likely to see further delays or no deal judging by the SP.

Your too focused on revenue growth. The expenses here are out of control. Like your Lord Sugar says 'you can sell £10 notes for £9 all day every day'.
Bids have sacrificed a lot of margin for that revenue growth and it STILL isn't enough to make them profitable.

Every low is a new floor, every price is a good price to buy BIDS. Ignore the fact co. Have said they need funds this year, the second half weighted comment, the salary increaes, the zero progress on operational losses, lack of profitability and track record of overpromising and underdelivering.

Honestly go look at ANY OTHER share bulletin board everyone on them thinks there stock is due a major rerate. Every single one.

Bids will rerate down when that placing is annouced I guarantee that. Institutions going to want a hefty discount you would think just to make the risk worth it here

First when these RTO'd he had a nice wedge, should of bin enough to set him up for life but oh no, he then went on a few years later to dump a large number of shares and only very recently has he decided to treat himself to a 110% payrise!!

I mean , can the man manage money or what? That payrise is egregious in the best of times but with company still haemoraging cash, needing to raise funds this year and in current markets how on gods green earth can he justify this. He has delivered nothing for shareholders other than the destruction of there wealth.

Yall really need these revenues this year which have been 'guaranteed' whatever that means. It needs to be seen to be believed i feel. So far nothing. And bids have form for overpromising and under delivering.

Helx2 your as guilty. Never criticize the CEO even after he treat himself to a 110% payrise, despite delivering nothing but delays and dilution. Even when he sold 4% of his holding or when he lowered revenue targets and then even failed to hit them.
