There was no indication that it had ever been lowered.

Is total lack of response by FTI consulting to legitimate investor concerns.

I have contacted them to suggest that AffiDX should be included in any updates of the Heidelberg study and its entry in the FIND pipeline database should be updates from “in production” to “available”. Not heard a thing back.

Is lack of response from FTI Consulting to legitimate investor concerns -especially where Avacta’s name is either missing from studies where it should be present (Heidelberg) or misrepresented as not yet being available to buy (FIND pipeline database.)

I have raised both of these points and had no acknowledgment whatsoever.

I’m sure this one’s still got plenty of mileage in it yet.

So, from the various responses here, I conclude that they are only happy to answer when they can give a stock response that they can’t say anything because of an NDA.

You can imagine that journalists getting a similar stony silence would just decide to leave Avacta out of the story. Job done!
