A couple of people laughed at me when we were at 15p and I said 25p by the end of the year.

Thank you LLL333 for seeing my point of view here. We don't need all these shares now at once. They can be after milestones and performance and phased out over the next 24 months say.

I just think some of the dilution isn't necessary. We could return to trading at like 6 or 7p if they did phased approach to the dilution.

And before anyone has a go, circa 200m isn't a lot of shares for a main market listed company and yes the shares could rise with some excellent news however the RTO may dilute it a lot more so for me it's not worth it. If it was just 200m shares we could recover but if it's diluted even more then what's the point.

I don't think I can vote yes to all. I want to but I'm not sure about RTO dilution. I just don't think I can handle that financial loss. I think we need to negotiate these resolutions personally. There's some in there that could be phased out for more "eased approach" to raises and dilution.

They don't need to pay the directors immediately and the 25m for headroom isn't required immediately.

There's always a sting in the tail in these rns releases now aren't there.

FFS. So this one resolution isn't necessary surely up to 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares to provide headroom for the Company to raise. Why raise all that it one go? Dilution for nothing.

Also the rest I could take on the chin for Jesse 's shares and the ones owed back (reluctantly).

So it's going to be 210-220m shares in issue right? On paper that's not terrible no. But it is when us investors are sat invested with 110m shares in issue... The dilution is a tough kick in the balls to take.

So basically 9.55 on suspension so 4p?

Yes froggy I am yet to watch landman but it's set in texas and all about oil and gas.

I hope we get the texas leases back under our wing. Hopefully additional assets too. Let's see what the bod say at these open discussion sessions, anybody is free to join in as per rns.

Maybe in the coming meetings we may hear the TG / large shareholders views and concerns and maybe even ideas that will be put forward to the company.

I guess transparency works both ways. I know things have been guarded before but that may change now.

The telegram group are not a group of people with pitch forks chasing the bod out.

They are literally just shareholders and are attempting to get more transparency and more openess and the best deal possible for all parties.

I understand some TG didn't want Lunn but not all TG are bad or against the company coming back.

Now we look forward to transparency and open discussions every week. This is already better than under Lunn. That's all we want. Transparency and truth and to be included.

We need a certain shareholders shares to be given to him now as well. That individual is looking at millions of shares owed ...
