Petroquest have written of 4m$ of debt to have 50% of those leases. Trust me they are worth a lot and are good assets. Don't ask me how I know, but I do. Always have done.

As for the new CEO, I don't know who he is or what is his gameplan is here.

He (if true) sounded very confident of bigger players coming in to invest in ppp and excited about 3 or 4 additional high priority plays to be added. He mentioned Canada and Northern America so USA???

I so want this to be the turnaround for us I really do. I have lost faith in everyone tbh

If they talk about Canada and Texas and Ukraine in the presentation then let's see what the RTO is worth and see what these assets are truly worth.

Minimum 30m mcap. Personally texas leases alone pata32 would be worth 100m mcap alone.

Will they be included? RM knows these leases very well but he's kept them quiet.

yes i understand about mcap offsetting the dilution, well if the company are going to be worth a lot then that's great. will they include the texas leases in this?! if they did then that would be a big rise.

id love for this to be a 100m mcap company or more and it would be great if we still had a good % of it. i cant be anymore fair than that. they need to share thendiltution and agreed rto price first.

Nah 90% is not an option that's completely not a fair value for ppp and shareholders.

So we have 110m shares in issue. I'd probably accept a bit of dilution but no way 90%

Id probably be ok if it were like 10% to 15% but no way to crazy amounts.

Look if you didn't know anything about ppp the rns does read quite positively in the way that it's written.

AGM next week, I don't know if they will resume trading soon after or delay it again.
