110 million shares (approx) in issue right now - that's pittance really. I know FTSE 250 companies with more shares than that!

So yes if they issue shares all at one go that's A) crazy, B) too much dilution too quickly.

They need to stagger it and do it over 4 or 5 years. That gives a chance for the share price to recover and give SH value should Ukraine (or USA!?) do well.

110m shares in issue, if we had say 50m shares added thats approx 50% dilution, it's too much. But yes grand scheme of things it would only be 160m shares - still low really.

So if good deals can be had (with avoiding diluting too much!!) then that may work out well for everyone.

I hope they read this. Keep dilution to a min and allow ppl to prosper and give SH's a chance to prosper (including lunn and other major SH's)! Surely they don't want to dilute themselves too much!!!???

Zag they need to unsuspend trading and return monies due to illegal and corruption. LSE need to unfreeze sh's cash and return to their accounts at date of suspension. Then They can suspend ppp again and they can resolve the issues without the existing SH's being robbed.

Zag, I don't know a plan unfortunately - that's the truth. I'm merely a small PI.

If I was running it, I'd focus on a new renewed BOD, I'd focus in how we could get Texas back alive and kicking, I'd renegotiate the PQ loan, I would avoid dilution by any means necessary or stagger it. Only ex amount each year, I would expand into other ventures each year via some dilution and expand across Texas primarily.

I would avoid Ukraine - unless it's a very very good proven resource.

The new directors are unknown but I think the current have let me down and us down but a lot of you can't see it.

Look I mean no offence to Mr Lunn at all but there's no way this will bring shareholder value, is there? We will find out next week.....I will vote after that investor meet.

Unfortunately NU/Zag and others you have to face the reality that shareholders are so unhappy and angry that it's going to take something exceptional for them to vote yes. You might have to understand what this means for you if No voters win.

I want my money to but we need to protect our investment as much as possible. Why are you not getting the fact into your head - £4.7m debt was written down BUT THEY (PQ) WANT 50% OF THE USA ASSETS!

So are the USA leases worthless? Obviously not! There has been a lot going on, new leases were meant for us to return back with a bang.... It looks like gv and pq have now "got into bed with eachother" and gone for the USA leases themselves. Zag / others, open your eyes, what have I been saying for months! Things have been going on! Lots in fact! Now we are getting some Ukrainian oil & gas play that we know nothing about.

32 (thirty two!!!!!) oil & gas wells that we are missing out on - that's why PQ are happy to write off £4.7m of debt.

I want Texas. End of. We must be included in Texas, those leases will be worth millions.
