YES - Ukraine oil and gas play might be good but has anyone found out any in depth knowledge on this? I guess we will find out.

Everyone wants to get ppp back , myself included but I want USA assets. That's where big money is being made. Why else would lunn want 50% of the PPP USA corp! They've had to find us something to gain votes & popularity - Ukraine!

Now who knows, it might bear so much oil & gas it's amazing but part of me is so annoyed right now with what "scraps" we have.

I still want to see a prospectus. I need to know what this % in the new company will be, I need to know assets values and BOPD. When are we going to find all of this info out? At the AGM or investor meet?

I am not being negative, I am just asking the questions that need to be asked! I haven't voted yet. I don't want to vote until the very last moment.

What is the last voting date does anyone know?

GW is right. They have avoided an AgM at almost any cost. As per the court, the EGM must be held by the 7/11

I hope that when they put those drills in the ground in Ukraine that oil and gas literally gushes out the ground. We sure need and deserve a lucky break for a change. I hope that minority stake is not too small and hope we are able to make lots and lots of money from our investments. Here's hoping......

So the likes of a few here who want to sell out right away, you'd be gutted if you missed out on mega gains surely. May be worth holding fire and being patient on relisting.

The new appointment seems good and experienced in the eastern oil and gas sector but this is all being done to appease SH's whilst USA gets hidden and kept for themselves.

New Uncle I don't want to vote No but I have no choice at the moment. This is not what I invested for and I'm really down about it tbh. I'm not excited by it like I was the Texas deals. What's good about this Ukraine deal? Enlighten me please ! We need details now, surely everyone can see that.

Sccss - USA leases are where the $7m debts will be easily made back. Worth a fortune.

GV and PPP USA are rolling in it. Robert Menzels silence is because he is cherry picking what he wants whilst at ppp and him and Lynn are forming some agreements behind closed doors. It's obvious! Why else would petroquest write off $7m debt for 50% stake in ppp USA!???

What has happened is, Lunn (via petroquest) has written off the $7 million debt for a 50% stake in PPP USA corp. Well what that means is GV get to buy the leases they want and petro quest have their fingers in the pie from ppl USA. And we get Ukraine...............

At what %? What will the net worth of our investments be? He's throwing us scraps from a T Bone steak, they get all the meat and we get the bone with a bit of grissle on it.

Really and truly disappointed in Robert Menzel. I had a suspicion months ago, yet he's not here for shareholders but for himself and his son and global vision! Gutted and annoyed beyond beliefs tbh.

What a shark. I thought his rns back in Feb was bullish and a breath of fresh air but basically in ppp's disarray he's cherry picked what he wanted 😡 so don't tell me there was no operational stuff going on. There was, the leases had exploration and drilling on them.

What do we get now? Ukraine? A % in a company!? Disgusting.

Nobody knows a plan before you guys ask. I would love to vote yes but I just can't do it right now with this info.

I wish I hadn't invested here now it has come to this. Like I said Ukraine might be exceptional for ppp shareholders but it's not what I invested here for. Disappointed is an understatement!!!
