My trust is completely shot here though and I need to see a prospectus before I could vote and I just want to make the right decision.

I want PPP back trading but it needs to be on the right terms and it needs to be for maximum shareholder value not just scraps

Don't worry, I have done very well out of shares, I know how it works. I want to stay invested in ppp and I certainly believe they will be worth a fortune if they get this right.

Low number of shares in issue, the right BOD, right assets, finance in order we will be 30m mcap just for starters imo. PPP could be pushing 100 mcap quite easily with the right planning and execution.

I understand about short term pain, I'm good with that but all ok asking for now is I want Robert Menzel to share what they have been working on...... Do not be fooled......work has taken place

Nah Hepran information was very vague as usual. It mentioned a new prospectus would be shared l, well I need to see this.

We might be sat on a huge asset or have a few excellent new assets so certain resolution could be voted yes to but without these I can't vote.

Well would you look at that! A lovely rns stating an AGM date in just a few weeks. A brand new nice website, a new broker. I mean come on, this may just come good after all hey folks?!

All we need now is the updated resolutions, the new prospectus and good operational news and it might well do great on resuming trading. Let's see what the next few weeks brings, certainly it's moving in the right direction.

Exactly. This talk of 4p may not happen it could be higher. Hopefully it does go on a run and into the teens and beyond. All depends on assets/news/financing

If petroquest becomes 50% shareholder - they will not want this dropping. They will want to he highest price possible and ensure max gains. Surely? They must be sat on news and info that isn't released that will bring in good money. Ppp are certainly worth a good few Million imo. There are things we don't know yet, Poland and EU assets, RMD, GB, PQ all want a piece of the pie.

Also didn't the rns state the cln can only be excersised at the last closing average? Or something along those lines?

Don't get me wrong I'm not happy with Tom. He's left the telegram group but I want to hear his side of it. I want to see if he was a corrupt so and so or whether he's legit.

Either way forget Tom, we need answers and we need info on the future of the business. Assets, prospectus etc.

New uncle keeps asking for the plan from telegram but nobody has shared those. At the moment I think the judge needs to decide as it's got too messy.
