I don't think the telegram group want to ruin ppp, come on. I think they want things ran fairly, honestly, professionally. That's not too much to ask.

I think we are all owed a prospectus and for them to show us what this new deal is and the assets we will have etc.

I think that's fair enough if they want YES votes.

So what is next guys? Accounts due in the next few days, 23/24 accounts....we are still waiting for the latest ones. They must be ready but PPP are dragging their heals in releasing them because then they will have to resume trading. It's all a game and I'm sick of it. It's unfair to be treated this way. I don't want to lose any money and I want to stay invested in ppp but I need to start seeing things from the Bod now. It's all good talking the talk but will they walk the walk and give us some operational news and new prospectus?! Unless we have that, not many people are going to vote yes because they don't know what they are voting yes on.

I know we had the rns's but the prospectus is important for investors to read, research, decide for themselves, you know have a look at the assets, the HOT deal in detail etc

I genuinely want ppp to come back ultra professional and new BOD members as long as they are good people and not just lunns mates . I don't want the sp to crash and if petroquest are 50% shareholders, surely they won't want the sp to drop either and in theory should try and do as much as humanely possible for a positive return. Surely?

We sure as hell deserve some positive news and nice return with a bang like ukog did.

I'm expecting a turnaround with the SP soon. It's pretty stable but we need some news to make it rise back into the 17s and beyond which I think it will do before year end. I'd say 20p plus by Christmas or higher.

Plenty of catalyst to come. Will the rest of TAM results be good/ decent because the SP is unfairly down imo.

Do RMD not become shareholders? What does the RNS say about it?

It does say that there is a HOT deal with them I believe. It might be a similar deal to the gv one.

I guess that prospectus is what we are waiting for now, that should include all the details.

The rns is quite unclear on is this RMD group anything to do with Robert Menzel? Is it an RTO situation? Who knows.

As for Petroquest, im thinking to myself who would write off $7m debt for a 50% shareholding stake in PPP? That must be someone who is confident of a large return, so what do they know?

I am voting NO until i see more info. Let the court decide what is to happen otherwise...

Im not sure aboout that but its about time that we see some sort of prospectus and see what assets would be with RMD group.

UKOG have done 324% up in one day which is astonishing really. I would love for PPP to have a fantastic return back to trading as well. I guess now it depends on the assets and prospectus and what is happening operationally.

Im excited to see the new assets via prospectus, it will be good to see what has been hidden or kept quiet.

I can't vote yes blind can I NewUncle! I need to see the prospectus and what is included.

I also don't think the SP will "crash" at all, not like some are saying. There was a 12p raise, 2x6p raises and now the CLN at 4p. If anything it will open up at somewhere in the middle, 5-7p imo. They can't just drop it willy nilly.

Also the assets must be good to write off £7m of debt, petroquest must be seeing value elsewhere for sure.

The HOT deal with GV is simply being replaced with HOT with RMD Group - I think that's something to do with Robert Menzel anyway. Plus the GV connection isn't dead.

The EU assets must be good imo, as per RNS, 'The directors are all working hard on the new prospectus'.

To write off ,$7m of debt in replacement of 50% shares then to me that's a very good sign.

I will vote yes if I feel it's worth it to. I am waiting on the prospectus now which is meant to be released soon as per rns. Will they release these at the AGM?

Our court case is in two weeks time and I'm not sure how it will go but legally we can still call an egm I believe. Lunn might even get the AGM rigged up before our court date maybe knowing him.

I'll be voting no unless I see what we are voting on IE I want to see what the new assets are in EU ,/ Poland plus the USA. I want to see what RM has been working on........

I need to visually see the the prospectus! I actually think it's going to be a lot of good stuff and good assets imho. Just based on the rns wording. It is written in a bullish way and it could be a very good prospectus.

So we are waiting on the the prospectus now then? The director are currently working on the new prospectus. Then the investors can vote on it once they see It and vote accordingly.

Another KEY POINT! Debt is to be written down in lieu of Shares. Now who would do that unless they are sure of a huge return. That to me at least is a very bullish movement from Petroquest.

Now I think Robert Menzel needs to share with us the new asset(s) because there definitely are some. 100%

What do they know that will be making them such big money in return? I want to know more about Poland and the EU oil & gas plays and I want to know more about the O&G in the USA too.

PPP could, as I've always said do really well, like exceptionally well. We only currently have 110m shares in issue, even with another 40m on top it's still very low. A low shares in issue but some liquidity will move the Share price well, depending on news it could still do very well. Unless we see the assets it's hard to price up but a good oil & gas asset could be anything £10m upwards , skies the limit, we need to know what we are voting for now though imo

It looks as though (according to the rns's) they want to relist and resume trading by November.

Also it seems as though we are a going concern now so why can't Lunn call the AGM now? Why November does anyone know? Or is it just the time frame of getting everything sorted?
