RE: Another week passes20 Sep 2025 08:17
There is money. Definitely. He's choosing not to pay for as long as possible. My guess Is he is longing this out to December 31st or as close as possible. That's when the loan is due in but even that isn't actually payable to Lunn directly so go figure???
It's a crazy situation and a very unfair one at that too. We were all dragged into this and it's completely unacceptable.
What is a big crying shame is that right now companies such as PPP are doing hundreds of % share price rises for fun. Oil is favourable again, you know we have assets in and around Texas , it probably can't get better than that for oil and gas drilling.
I've said this before but ppp could be a 100-200m mcap company hence why Robert Menzel wants to stay around, same for Lunn. Why else would they stick around!?
Looking at some other companies that have risen stupid %, ppp only have approx 110m shares in issue, this is absolutely pittance. For anyone that doesn't understand what this means, companies like EEE hit 70p and they have 750m shares in issue, SOLG are on course for 20p and they have 2bn shares in issue, I think what I'm trying to say is the movement of our SP could be huge if we came back with good news we could be hitting some crazy new heights. If we are the new flavour of the month and investors jump on, we could be talking a huge squeeze and rise.
Obviously things need to be good. So Shares in issue do not worry me, I think we are very good position there. Our issues are at the BOD's feet. We need a new well ran team, open and honest and who have integrity.
It is not all over for ppp regardless of what people say. Unfortunately it's had to go to court, personally I think Lunn MIGHT call an AGM early ie within the next two weeks.
Before anyone attacks me I'm not in cuckoo land!!! I genuinely believe this could still be excellent WITH THE RIGHT BOD !!!!
We are at the hands of the judge now.
Anyway that's all from me.
